Gross, Dirty, Overpriced.
This hotel is disgusting. The carpets are stained, couches are stained, dirty stained blankets. Smells like cigarettes and weed in the room. Valet service is not responsive. Front desk staff does not know how to communicate. Waited 30 minutes for my car to be brought around when no one was there or no where to be found re valet; Room was filthy at 284.00, I'd expect a clean blanket. DISGUSTING! AVOID!

this place is at the top of my list, when in Baltimore , it will be the only place I stay, I have nothing negative to say, I will also say that the City was much cleaner and I felt safe

A gem in the right location
I typically enjoy staying at Hyatt hotels and thus stay reminded me why I chose Hyatt brands. It was an absolute standout, primarily because the location made exploring the city on foot completely effortless. Navigating the logistics was equally simple; having a parking lot nearby and the option for street parking over the weekend removed any typical city travel stress. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of hospitality that was both welcoming and genuinely friendly, honesty, a level of service that was a surprise especially during busy weekends. That attention to detail extended to the room itself, which was clean and perfectly functional. For the price point, this hotel is a true gem in the heart of the area, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Nice hotel: location A++
Very nice hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Convienent to walk to the inner harbor, shopping, Little Italy and good restuarants. We felt very safe.
