Perfect location, near restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is very convenient. Highly recommend and will return again for sure

I arrived at the hotel late on Saturday after a long drive. When I arrive at the room the sheer window shade was on the floor and there were no additional curtains to darker the room. The hotel staff said they were fully booked and couldn’t get me neither another room nor someone to fix the sheer shade. They brought additional bed sheets for me to hang on the window! We obviously woke up very early with the sun on our faces. The staff was nice but this is unacceptable. We are not rested at all and the money we pay was not worth it. Will never stay here again.

Great Hotel
Onamica and the other associates were great! Very helpful. The lobby of the hotel is great as well! There were snacks in the front and a Walgreens right next to the hotel!

Great Location
Perfect location, awesome staff. Valet parking ($35) well worth it! Lots to do with great food options nearby. Ministry of Brewing nearby.

Very poor customer service
I requested an early check-in on my reservation. The room that I reserved was given to another guest. The front desk never notified me of another room being ready. I finally asked after 4 pm and no similar rooms were available. Instead of the originally booked corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, they gave me a dark alternate room with one small half window and mold in the shower. The front desk staff came across as cold and uncaring about their error.
