We had an excellent stay in a Parisian Suite at the Hyatt Madeleine hotel. Check in staff was excellent. Our room wasn't ready yet when we arrived after a redeye flight to Paris so they let us freshen up at the spa downstairs. Shortly afterwards, our room was ready and they had left us some delicious treats to celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast was delicious with eggs and crepes cooked to order and fantastic breads, cheeses and meats. They even had French onion soup. Bedding was comfortable. Toiletries were Clarins - pretty good stuff. Really enjoyed the complementary madeleines downstairs in the lobby. Excellent location in Paris - not far from pretty much anything. Would gladly stay again. 5*.

L’hôtel Parfait!
My husband and I absolutely loved the Hyatt Madeleine and thought everything was perfect! Nathalie Urban, the General Manager, greeted us warmly upon arrival, and she couldn’t have been any nicer or more gracious. As a matter of fact, every staff member we encountered was always smiling, personable, and extremely helpful. We simply couldn’t have asked for more during our stay. We also thought our courtyard view room was beautiful, stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean! The bathroom, which included a tub and separate shower, was wonderful, large, and immaculate. Great toiletries, too! I simply can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel’s lobby and lobby bar (complete with fireplace) are gorgeous with a glass atrium ceiling over the lounge area, which I understand was designed in the Gustave Eiffel workshop. Top that! And all the servers in the lobby bar/lounge were professional, efficient, and charming. In addition, we had three different meals at the hotel and all were fantastic and delicious! The drinks were also always spot on! A special shout out to Lucien, the Concierge, and Bernelle, a sweet and charming front desk agent. Please excuse any misspellings of names. Lucien graciously saw us out to our taxi and helped us with our bags upon departure. He even blew me a kiss, which was truly touching. Here’s one back to you, Lucien! 😘 If you’re still looking and researching, just stop and book the Hyatt Madeleine. I promise you won’t regret it. We’ve stayed in five other hotels in Paris, over a 30 year period, and this one was definitely our favorite. We highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great service and breakfast
I had a great visit here with my family and our friend. I’m a globalist and came to Paris for my birthday. We booked two rooms with points. By the time I arrived I checked ahead of time and almost all of their rooms were booked but Hyatt Madeleine was able to upgrade my room from a standard queen to a Premium King Room. My friend whom I gifted a Globalist award did not get an upgraded room. When entering my room they had some nice snacks, a delicious slice of chocolate cake, and wine. We enjoyed this hotel over 3 nights and had breakfast each morning at Cafe M. The breakfast spread was great! We all throughly enjoyed our breakfast so much that none of us were much hungry throughout the rest of the day. Service here was impeccable. Can’t say enjoy how much we enjoyed our breakfast. Cafe au lait (multiple of them each morning) was top notch. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Each evening from 5-7pm each guest had access to a complimentary drink (beer, wine, juice or soda) downstairs. Location was fairly centralized enough to easily walk or get to metro stations. I would definitely return here again if visiting Paris.

Always excellent
Third time here I ver decades. The keep updating but it it always chick and classy. After an overnight flight and early arrival the helped make sure i was fed and offered a shower that it by the gym, thank you Tomas. The room was spotless and classic style. Had some wine based of my Hyatt status. The pre was a deep tub, shower with overhead and handheld outputs with quick to not water. Nice plush robes and slippers. Napped through happy/social hour. Breakfast it beautiful with everything you would expect It it on my short list of where to stay in Paris.
