We had a lovely birthday breakaway and the room Senessie gave us was wonderful, with a view of the wharf and beautiful sunsets and sunrises!

Safety and security are not a priority! After leaving for dinner someone entered our room and stole cash, a discover card and a Visa Gift Card. I woke to fraud alerts from the CC company and checked my wallet to discover additional items missing. We went to the front desk, because the phone in the room was unplugged. The front desk agent didn't express any concern at all. It was alarming how indifferent the staff was to the incident and wouldn't even alert a manager or security staff. They just wanted us away from the front desk and out of earshot from other guests as fast as possible. Supposedly they checked the door key records and "saw no suspicious activity." I guess the cameras are just for looks. I called corporate and the police department to file a report. Be very cautious when staying at this location, they don't value security or their customers. Use the safe and make sure the door locks when leaving your room or stay in a hotel that prioritizes security.

Great bathroom, nice staff and room. Heater made a loud, weird noise. I missed breakfast at mo fault to hotel. Clean room, staff were kind.

Fantastic Views, Great Location, and Excellent Service
This hotel is in a great location with amazing water views and a unique airport view where you can watch planes landing. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We enjoyed happy hour, and the free breakfast was good, clean, and well organized with great staff. The rooftop pool was awesome and a definite highlight — we would absolutely stay here again.
