Dec 28, 2025This Hyatt House Provo/Pleasant Grove should be your choice when in the area. You will not be disappointed
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and up to date. Our little dog was welcomed at this location. We felt the cost was reasonable. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast bar which included an omelet station. The location was convenient to a Burger King, Chipotle Dutch Bros and First Watch all within walking distance. There is a gas station right across the street. It was a relatively quiet location. Service provided by the employees was friendly and efficient. Standouts for us were Stephanie and Bridger who went out of the way to make our visit exceptional. Stephanie at the front desk always had a smile for us and always asked if there was anything she could do to make our visit more pleasant. Bridger was always personable and made delicious omelets for us. All of the staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was clean and up to date. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area again.

Clean hotel with very helpful staff
Great staff. Very clean and kept up hotel. The hotel offers anything you could need. Has a bar for dinner options and the breakfast the next morning was the best continental breakfast I have ever been offered. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Nice clean hotel in south SLC
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past couple of years and the cleanliness and service has been top notch all this time. Breakfast is better than than what you expect and there is always fresh fruit. Rooms are spacious and have the right amenities. Parking is convenient and there is a few charger spots. This is close to our office so easy getting there. Will definitely stay there more times as long as i visit our provo offices.

We were initially placed in room 103, and it seemed like every time someone flushed a toilet we'd hear through drain in pipes down our wall. After about an hour of that, we asked the staff to move us and they put us in a really nice suite. Breakfast was great, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and fruit.

Business trip- 5 stars for the Hyatt!
It is always wonderful staying at the Hyatt in Pleasant Grove. The staff are friendly and the rooms are always clean. I travel from FL every quarter, and this is my go to place.
