We were initially placed in room 103, and it seemed like every time someone flushed a toilet we'd hear through drain in pipes down our wall. After about an hour of that, we asked the staff to move us and they put us in a really nice suite. Breakfast was great, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and fruit.

It is always wonderful staying at the Hyatt in Pleasant Grove. The staff are friendly and the rooms are always clean. I travel from FL every quarter, and this is my go to place.

Too noisy, the on-site restaurant was closed without notice. Good points: the breakfast was very good, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

A Must Stay
The staff was helpful and always willing to accommodate our needs. Our room was clean, and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious!

Worn out hotel at expensive prices.
We were booked in the handicap room. We are not handicap. The hotel associate said third party reservations ( Expedia, etc) were responsible. I don't believe this. The furniture in the room is chipped and just plain old, smudges on the walls, torn upholstery fabric and shades and thin walls. In other words, an ugly, worn room at an expensive price. Absolutely would not stay here again.
