Nov 24, 2025Extremely kind staff who seem like they really care
This is probably the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I had a bad situation happen to me while traveling and one of the girls at the front desk truly went above and beyond to help me. Tayra and Heloisa especially were amazing and seemed like they really cared. The views are spectacular, the rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out, and there was a very nice omelette bar as part of the complementary breakfast. I will definitely be back next time I am in New Orleans!

Lovely stay
Beautiful, clean, & safe, I truly enjoyed my time here & I got upgraded to a beautiful suite! It had everything I needed, including the convenience of having a kitchen in the room. My suite was spectacular, I wish I stayed longer to enjoy it. It was also within walking distance from where I needed to go. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again.

A good Hotel to stay when you travel to New Orleans LA. The parking lot costs $47.00, but it's a short walking distance to the hotel. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Casino, there are a few restaurants nearby. We ended up taking a taxi cab from the Casino, and it only costs $15.00 with a $5.00 tip for the driver.

Amazing hotel with amazing view of the city
The hotel is modern, spacious and very clean. The main lobby is located on the 11th floor and the view from the breakfast area is spectacular! Breakfast was excellent area was well maintained while dining. Our room was on the 17th (top floor) and we had the most amazing view of the city. Heloisa at the front desk was the BEST! She was friendly, helpful and so accommodating. She made our visit extra special by remembering my birthday 2 days after we checked in.

Relaxing city views
Excellent stay! My daughter and I enjoyed our queen suite. The views of downtown NOLA were awesome! The staff was prompt, polite, and helpful. Great breakfast and a great room.
