Nov 20, 2025Pay for what you get - low to average property
Hotel is dated, rooms are in need of updates. However, I will say the shower in room 334 was clean and functioned correctly. I was told by the front desk staff that since I booked my reservation through a 3rd party agency, my Hyatt Discoverist privileges would not apply - preferred room option. So, I was given a room with horrible traffic noise from a nearby freeway. NOT TRUE! Privileges apply regardless of who you book the reservation. Point may not be added! Breakfast, cheap powdered eggs, bread that was hard/old… obviously a budget short cut by local owner. Why bother in that case?

The front elevators don’t work I got stuck in it. Ice maker has mold Laundry room needs to remodeled Breakfast is nothing special Check in process sucked they charged my card at 7am wouldn’t let me check in early keep saying house keeping didn’t give them any rooms I said well can you contact them and get a room The room door lock was broken The fire detector was hanging out the wall No safe in the room Hair on the bathroom floor Sofa bed needs to be replaced I was there 11/7-11/9 2025 didn’t see any security or staff in the parking garage they didn’t even ask for my car type or plate number but charge 25$ a day for parking The parking garage was free rage anyone had access to it. Housekeeping didn’t speak English The shower smelled like sewer water very hard water The hallway was super hot. The thermostat showed 69 but the temperature showed it was 79 I did not see any bugs The bed was very comfortable

The price of this hotel will reflect the service received.
Our wifi was not available 24/7. And was always with low signal. There were no smart TV's, So in order to stream content you would need your own device to Chromecast. It worked 10% of the time and would then lose connection because of the poor WiFi service area. My TV had bad wiring and for one night it would not even Turn On. We were on the 4th floor and our bedroom window looked broken off at the locking hinges so it would not fully secure back. I was very disappointed to call this a Hyatt hotel.

Oct 28, 2025My not so good experience for first time in Hyatt in last 10 years
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. While I appreciated certain aspects of the hotel, I did face several recurring issues related to cleanliness and facility management that I hope can be addressed for future guests. • Housekeeping was inconsistent and often incomplete. The basin outside the washroom was never cleaned unless specifically requested, and the bathroom itself was not cleaned thoroughly. There were frequently items left on the floor, and vacuuming was not done unless asked. • Dishes were not fully placed in the dishwasher; several dirty dishes were left outside even after housekeeping visits. • On the last day, the TV remote went missing and could not be located. • The intercom/phone in the room was not functioning properly. Although someone came to check when I reported it, it stopped working again shortly after. • In the laundry room, there was an individual who was not a hotel guest doing laundry for free. They occupied all machines for approximately 4–5 hours and completed multiple loads (around four), which made it difficult for guests to use the facility. I am sharing this feedback in the spirit of helping improve the guest experience, as these issues impacted my stay significantly. I hope these concerns can be reviewed and addressed for better service quality in the future. Thank you for your attention.
