We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite Cons - awful sewer smell in the elevator & hallways MAJOR CON - express housekeeping only every other day (unfortunately common after Covid) - every single footstep above is loud, stomping woke me up! - minimal toiletries Pros - remodeled room was nice & clean - great water pressure (bathroom) - love the space in the one bedroom for a family of 4 (big kids) - fantastic hearty hot breakfast - front desk, maintenance & breakfast staff are all amazing - blaze pizza, Starbucks, dumpling restaurant and Walgreens conveniently located downstairs - 10 minute walk to Disney -festive lobby with xmas deco - kitchen completely stocked with dishes, full fridge & diswasher - staff responded promptly via Hyatt app I really hope they fix whatever construction/water issue they are having because it’s a nice hotel near Disney.

Our first night we were evacuated due to a fire on our floor. We left our room with nothing and missed 3+ hours at Disneyland. The people above us were so loud but we didn't complain. Just accepted it as hotel stay. Then I got a call of noise complaint coming from OUR room. I guess I should have complained. The fire alarm kept going off all night long for 2 nights. WORST sleep of my life for 2 nights while trying to navigate all day at Disneyland and DCA. Very disappointed.

False Fire Alarms and Unpleasant Odors
Here’s a clear, straightforward review you can post: > Unfortunately, this stay was a letdown. The parking garage smelled like a trash can, and the hotel elevator and hallway had a strong porta-potty odor throughout our stay. While the room itself was clean and spacious, we were repeatedly woken up by false fire alarms going off during sleeping hours, which made it very difficult to rest. The only real positives were the large room and a smooth, pleasant check-in experience. Overall, we won’t be returning.

Pretty bad experience!
DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! I arrived with my family of four, including a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that the suite I had booked was unavailable due to water damage and that we would need to be moved to a nearby Hyatt into a smaller, inferior room. This came as a complete surprise, as we had received no prior communication about this issue. After spending nearly two hours on the phone with Chase (I booked using Chase Sapphire points), it became clear that this was not an isolated or last-minute problem. Chase and Expedia representatives confirmed that the same situation had occurred with another guest about a week earlier and that the hotel had been aware of the issue for at least 10 days. Despite this, they chose not to notify us in advance and instead decided to “accommodate” guests upon arrival. Learning this from Chase and Expedia—not from the hotel staff—was extremely disappointing and highlighted a pattern of negligence and poor communication. Ultimately, we were relocated to another hotel in a downgraded room. To make matters worse, the shower had very low water pressure, and hot water took an unreasonably long time to arrive. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience, especially while traveling with young children. I would not recommend staying here.
