Lets just start off by saying how beautiful this hotel is it is very family friendly has everything we need from large rooms,pool, and good free breakfast but really its the staff that stands out Margarita was there in the mornings helping with breakfast and she was so kind very informative and just lovely to talk to she went out of her way to make my baby feel special. She was the best.

Perfect Disney Home Base with Outstanding Service!
Our family of four (two adults and two kids) recently stayed at the Hyatt House Anaheim, and it was exactly what we needed for our Disneyland trip. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. You can’t beat being within walking distance to Disneyland. It made the trek to and from the parks with two kids much more manageable. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring we actually got some rest after long park days. Our kids used the pull-out bed, which worked out perfectly for them. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere from the moment we checked in. The absolute standout of our trip was the dining service. My wife is gluten-free, and the staff went to great lengths to ensure her safety. A huge thank you to Margarita, Alex, and Ceci—they were incredibly helpful and attentive. They made sure to prepare her food in the back specifically to avoid any cross-contamination. Having that peace of mind while traveling is rare and much appreciated! If you are looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel near Disney with a staff that truly cares about dietary needs, this is the place.

Mar 05, 2026Staff misled us and put us in an unfinished room on a floor under construction.
Staff was not very helpful. Room and half of the floor we were on was under construction and unfinished. I specifically asked if the floor and room was complete and staff assured me that it was and we would not be placed on a floor that was under construction. Dishes missing out of the room and doors had spring loaded hinges that slammed on my kids hands. Staff had no solution for this so I used my sandals for doorstops. Even an offer for free parking would have made us happy but Staff said they were unable to approve that. Just very very disappointed.

Mar 03, 2026Plumbing Problems and Room Not Ready At Check-In
I was extremely disappointed in this stay. My family and I stayed for one night to visit Disneyland parks, and our experience could not have been much worse. First, we arrived at the appropriate check-in time, and our room was not ready. We were told we would be texted when it was ready. 4 hours later, and no text message. We were worried we wouldn't have a place to stay for the night. Even worse, it was immediately clear upon entering the hotel that a major plumbing incident had occurred, as the hotel smelled of sewage. The floors near the elevator on the second floor of the building had plastic wrap put down, presumably because of this sewage/plumbing incident. The whole floor and the rooms smelled of s***. Terrible!

Great hotel and Location, friendly staff
Hotel was lobby and breakfast was super clean and nice! The rooms were really clean as well, we were very comfortable. There was some construction going on which was a bummer for while we were there but just shows that they’re taking care of things and keeping it updated. I would definitely stay here again, it was a quick 15 minute walk to get through security at Disneyland.
