Staff are very helpful and nice. The responsiveness to our needs were quick. I would return here and the bonus is that it is located across from Universal.

Highly Recommend!
Nice, clean property located conveniently across from Universal Studios. The rooms are suites so it is nice to have extra space. The complimentary breakfast buffet offers good variety. On site shuttle is handy. Easy walk to Universal CityWalk. The staff is personable and helpful.

Universal Spring Break Trip
Great hotel. Lots of space if you get the room with the bunk beds for kids. Food is good and location is perfect. Rooms are very clean.

Great location for Orlando adventures!
We are Hyatt loyalists and have been to many Hyatt Place locations. This Hyatt House is exceeding our expectations! Our room is clean and comfortable. The layout is practical, we enjoy having a couch in the room, as is a feature with Hyatt in these level of their hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful and housekeeping is daily. (Every other day seems the norm at many Hyatt Places.) The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of the usual offerings but we enjoyed having it on real plates, silverware, and coffee in mugs.There is also a ton of seating. If you are looking for a comfortable, reasonably price spot to stay during your theme park adventures this location is a great choice.
