Dec 13, 2025A Gem of a Hotel
We stayed at Hyatt House for my son's birthday vacation to epic universe and found a gem with this hotel. It's location, close enough to universal studios to walk (or use Lime scooters/bikes) was a great plus. If you don't have a car, this hotel is really the best option outside the universal resort hotels. The breakfast was a highlight - real utensils and tableware, a variety of fruits, and other options. I was amazed at how well it was stocked and maintained with how busy it got. This hotel will be first on our list when we come back for a larger family vacation!

One night stay
Great hotel with bus transport to all Universal Parks. Very friendly staff. Very nice open areas between bar and pool. Breakfast buffet included as well.

Great location
Great location if visiting Universal Studios. Walkable to the original parks and short commute to the new Epic park. Breakfast is plentiful with many options and stations Staff was very helpful

Great stay overall!
Great location we stopped here on our way driving through to Miami. Sean at the front desk was awesome. The two hotels by the same name right next to each other was a bit confusing. The room was good, the elevators were fast, the lobby was great, the pool was OK, the hangout area by the bar and next to the pool was great. Wi Fi was good, and having the ability to Google cast to the TV's in the rooms was phenomenal. The good Wi-fi, and the ability to cast to TVS Will likely tip the scale in me rebooking at Hyatt

Excellent check in. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was more than we hoped for! Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds.
