Always a great experience. The hotel is central to everything. Literally a part of the beautiful Grand Central Station. Valet, check-in, house keeping, room, amenities, fast elevators, Commodore Room, breakfast, - awesome. Thank you Hyatt.

After checking into the hotel, and getting to the room, there was no water in the room, after asking the front desk to where I could find some water, I was abruptly told that the hotel did not have any water; Ricardo was unprofessional and seemed unwilling to help. I was directed to CVS after asking again where I could find bottled water. The location charges a $45 nightly resort fee and charges a $4.00/bag storage fee after checking out. Water in the room was yellow. Shower and sink dispensed yellow water.

Great stay I would return anytime for a long stay the staff the amenities and the atmosphere were all exceptional. It was the stay I dream of , the best food the best staff the best location wya to go way to go way to go way to go way to go way to go way to go

Mar 02, 2025Reporting issue of cleaning when i visit grand hyatt on this trip and i expect next time to experience better service...
I'm customer since 2018 and this time i was a little bit disappointed with cleaning issue and most of the time i prefer to stay in grand hyatt and also refer my friends but this time was not good the toilet was not cleaned properly please make sure to improve cleaning

Hidden fees and taxes well exceed the taxi price going to the other side of the city from grand central. The convenience of location is not worth it. AC was not adequate. Bill upon checkout was lacking extensive line items that were included in total due. Cleaning staff knocked on two separate occasions well before 11am checkout time. Overall experience felt so scummy/scammy.
