I went with my family and had reserved 2 rooms. I had a late check in. My status was not recognized nor was I told that the complementary water bottles were not in the room and that I had to pick it up from the market place which was closed. I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste which took them over an hour to deliver. The shower handle is so tight that I couldn’t pull the handle to turn it on. I have stayed at this hotel before but it has gotten worse. At best it’s a 2 star hotel and I won’t be staying again.

Good location and reasonable price as part of a package but disappointing overall as a hotel. Hotel bar / restaurant not open for half our visit. Nowhere to sit or relax. More like a dormitory than a hotel.

Location was amazing, rooms were clean and spacious. No complaints at all. Great stay for a family. I was very happy with this hotel.

Perfect
After booking was a little worried after reading other reviews. But all was perfect. Room was a good size and very clean. Really loved the hotel and everyone was so friendly. Great location. Would definitely stay again

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Great Location, 10-15 minute walk gets you to all the Christmas attractions. Very convenient right next to the grand central train terminal. Staff was pleasant, large lobby Lots of seating,lots of elevators Would definitely stay again.
