Conveniently located, clean and modern hotel
Overall very pleasant experience! Very convenient location at Grand Central. Very clean hotel and service was great!

Overall a good stay
Great hotel and conveniently located right next to Grand Central. Could not fault the hotel or room at all. My only gripe is having to pay to leave cases as had a night flight home, $4 per item.

Overall negative.
Location is the only thing going for this place. The bar was decent enough but doesn't open until 5pm. The Market has 8 options for hot food and no where to sit. Check in process; make sure you have ID otherwise you’ll be treated like a criminal. Room was dated, dirty carpet, cramped bathroom. Would only stay there again of I had to. Would not choose to stay here.

Great location. Lovely stay
Good points; the location is 2nd to none you are located in Grand Central terminal with its market and the Summit on your doorstep. I could see the Chrysler building from my window. It was literally like being in a TV set. It’s a short walk to Bryant Park, the library, and Time Square.For bites to eat Los Tacos, Dunkin’ Donuts , McDonald’s Chick fil A and Pershing Square are across the road.- not to mention the many eateries in the Grand Central terminal dining hall including Shake Shack and magnolia bakery. Cupric I and the Oyster Bar are steps away for a dining experience . The room itself was comfortable with two double beds and I used the sofa as a bed using the pillow-and blanket provided. The TV had a good selection of channels and the Wi-Fi was very good and didn’t cut out. I would suggest they add Netflix to the TV. I was also grateful for the iron and ironing board. I used the $15 hotel credit in the hotel store which was open from 6 am till 11 pm. It had a good selection of beers, wines snacks, salads and Starbucks. I bought water for $7.50 and Tropicana juice for $4.50. Check-in was smooth and easy. There was never a queue. The hotel is used by flight crew who I often saw in the lobby. Areas to improve; I knew that there would be charges and that this was caused for complaint. However, I wasn’t expecting them to actually deduct the $400 and this severely dented my holiday spending. I was never able to work the touch screen lights so my room was always in semi darkness. My shower also leaked. They provided some lovely shower products. If you’re tempted to put these in your luggage, it will cost you $20. They provide a hairdryer but I would suggest they also provide straighteners. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come again. they provide a computer in the lobby for guests to use. Unfortunately, the printer didn’t work so I was unable to print my boarding passes but the lovely staff member Stephanie assisted me.

Well below expectations for a branded hotel.
Do not expect much. Room was below basic expectations. I had higher expectations but was very disappointed. Couch was stained. Office chair in room had an extreme forward lean making it difficult to comfortably sit on. Tub was missing a drain cover and the drain stopper in the shower was extremely gross. rubber stopper. Just overall disappointing.
