As a business traveler, I had a poor experience. There was no to limited hot water on 2 of the 5 days of my stay. No room service. The restaurant is closed on Sunday. I was supposed to have a desk in the room to work, but it wasn't there. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Be aware to ask for a room that is not over Grand Central on Lexington Avenue. or you will hear car horns and sirens all day and into the late night.

The location was the best part about this hotel. We weren’t impressed with the service compared to other hotels in the area. Luggage storage after check out is an extra charge of $4 per bag.

My husband and I stayed here the first weekend in December to see all things Christmas in NYC! We had a great trip, and this hotel was so close to Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, 5th Ave. holiday windows, Times Square, and we actually walked all the way to Columbus Circle and down to Katz's Deli, too! We had a wonderful trip and it was so nice to come back to the hotel room and warm up each night!

Nice room
Room was nice and remodeled. Clean. Large size for New York. Nice fitness center. Nice lobby. Convenient access to Grand Central. Front desk provided great service. Quiet. No noose issues.
