Great family trip to Waikiki
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki with our family of five. We booked one of the suites, and it had more than enough room for all of us to spread out and relax comfortably. Traveling with kids can sometimes feel cramped in hotel rooms, but that was definitely not the case here. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Waikiki and within easy walking distance of some of the best shops and restaurants. Having an Ululani’s Shave Ice and Starbucks right in the building was incredibly convenient and a huge hit with the kids. One of the best perks of the hotel was being able to borrow beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards directly from the valet. That made beach days so easy and was such a great added benefit that really elevated the whole experience. Another thing we loved is that the hotel has a lot of personality. Many modern hotels can feel a little bland, but not this one. The lobby is colorful and fun, and the animated drawings of the staff throughout the hotel are such a unique and playful touch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and provided excellent service. They really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool is on the smaller side, but my family still used it several times, along with the hot tub. It was the perfect place to relax when it was raining or when we just needed a break from the beach. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The combination of location, amenities, and great service made it a perfect home base for our Waikiki vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we would happily come back again!

Repeat Visitors
We love Hyatt Centric! This is my 2nd time (3rd for my daughter) staying at this hotel! The rooms we have stayed at are very spacious, always clean, and very comfortable. We love how centralized it is! Only couple of minutes walk to Royal Hawaiian and Intl Marketplace! Thank you for hospitality! Will definitely stay here again next time!

Best in waikiki!
Clean and central to all shopping and food. Just a quick walk to the beach and also easy to get picked up by Uber. More than I expected for a smaller property. Super friendly staff and great rooms! 100% would stay here again!

Our 4th stay at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki!
Just a short walk to the beach, a great location next to Nordstrom Rack and affordable places to eat including one our favorites, Basalt . We love the scale of the Hyatt Centric Waikiki and always feel comfortable and happy staying here.

I arrived to this hotel with no expectations. It’s a Very clean hotel. Best customer service and friendly staff. They answered all of my questions. There is self parking available in the parking garage which was so convenient. I’ll definitely stay again in the future. I had no issues with my room at all. Everything in the room was clean/nice. Housekeeping came very day
