I arrived to this hotel with no expectations. It’s a Very clean hotel. Best customer service and friendly staff. They answered all of my questions. There is self parking available in the parking garage which was so convenient. I’ll definitely stay again in the future. I had no issues with my room at all. Everything in the room was clean/nice. Housekeeping came very day

Great hotel in the heart of Waikiki
Excellent 4 star hotel in a great location in Waikiki beach. Walking distance to the beach. So many great restaurants just around the hotel. The rooms are large, clean, and well-appointed with a coffee maker in the room as well as mini fridge. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are very shallow so not ideal for swimming or lounging. There is no restaurant/bar within the hotel, but there is literally everything you could want within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.

Excellent location
This is our 2nd time at the hotel. Great location, secure, clean, and they offer a beta fish for your room which a fun touch. We love it and will be back.

Feb 15, 2026Newer stay a couple blocks from the beach
A newer hotel a couple of blocks from Waikiki Beach. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping is offered, though missed our room one day. Resort fee (waived for points stays) would be a bit steep, as is par for the course in Waikiki, unfortunately, without doing much more than lip services to the provided beach-related amenities. E.g., the provided beach tote bag being a low quality plastic bag, the included "beach towels" just being normal bath towels, sunscreen is just in a big dispenser by the pool rather than being in bottles that could be taken to the beach. Gym is tiny and hot. We were aware there was no on site restaurant when booking but just want to make sure others are aware as well.

Repeat Travelers
My wife and I have stayed at this property twice now and we will come back again. The hotel is modern and in great condition. The location is great, easy walk to the beach, but just off the main road, so you don't get much noise. The property was clean, the rooms were kept immaculately. The staff were incredible and honestly one of the reasons we came back. We felt very taken care of and accommodated with our request. We can highly recommend staying here 12/10.
