Dec 12, 2025A good stay with great perks, as long as you’re aware of the trade-offs.
Overall, a solid stay with great value, but definitely a few drawbacks to keep in mind. First, a piece of jewelry I left in the room in the morning was gone by the evening. It was clearly taken, and the staff couldn’t help and barely seemed to take it seriously, which was really disappointing. Second, the parking garage is extremely tight, and having to drive up to the 6th floor each time was stressful because of how cramped it is. And the “pool” that looks great in photos is very shallow, basically just for sitting or tanning, not swimming. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, modern, and in an excellent location with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Most of the staff was friendly, the Toto toilet was a fun surprise (heated seat was amazing), there’s free sunscreen by the pool, and the complimentary beach gear like chairs and an umbrella was super convenient. And even though the garage is annoying, having parking included is still great value for Waikiki!

She did a great job cleaning our room. Every we came back the room was clean and tidy. She was very kind and hospitable. We would definitely return again.

Good property, bad WOH benefits. Lack of any meaningful globalist recognition (breakfast, amenities) kind of spoils this property’s value for frequent Hyatt travelers. Good stay otherwise with friendly front desk.

Perfect spot for our family
This was our first day at this hotel. The suite was perfect for myself and my three kids. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids especially loved taking care of the fish. The pool is better suited for adults to lounge, but the hot tub was perfect for us after an end of day surf session. There was a hiccup with our TV, but we were moved to a new room and the problem was solved.
- AdvisoryCovered parking is available to registered guests. The current parking fee is $45.00 per day for Valet and self-parking is $42.00 per day (subject to change), which includes in/out privileges. No vans or oversized vehicles. The parking facility is not operated or managed by the Hotel. Space is available on a first come/first serve basis. The hotel does not own the parking garage and rates are subject to change.
