Dreams come true with this hotel ❤️
Thank you for making my daughter's 18th birthday so memorable ..The thing my daughter loved the most was the hotel and the view we had . Every single staff member gave impeccable service throughout our stay. The cleaner kept our room spotless and greeted us every time she saw us and the front desk staff along with every person we came across were so attentive and professional addressing even the slightest query on the first morning at 5.30am when my daughter realised her tooth brush was missing. Every request was accomplished straight away. The day we left the hotel looked after our bags because we watched an afternoon show, but had them ready and a car waiting , so we could get straight to the airport on time for our flight home. We will be back and will definitely be booking here . We honestly could not fault this hotel and would give more stars because this is one trip my 18 year old daughter will never forget because she loved the stay at Hyatt Centrix.

Elevators a constant frustration
Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. However, the hotel’s elevator system was a constant frustration throughout our stay. Guests were regularly forced to wait long periods for elevators, no matter the time of day. The situation was especially bad in the mid-morning, when many guests were trying to check out. At that time, waits were exceptionally long, creating unnecessary stress and delays. For a hotel of this size, the elevator capacity and management were clearly inadequate. This significantly impacted our overall experience and is something the hotel seriously needs to address.

Dirty Sheets, Maintenance Issues
The Good: Very convenient location in Times Square. Professional staff who were friendly. Convenient store in lobby (but only open until 1pm on weekends which is odd). The Bad: Duvet, sheets, and pillow cases had obvious coffee stains at check in. We asked the staff to provide new linens, and the duvet with stains was still not replaced. Door handle to bathroom was so loose that it was nearly falling off. Called hotel after booking to confirm that my room had a pull out couch or cot and was told that it did, but at check in it did not. Staff offered to move us to a different room but it would have required vacating our room for most of a day and they mentioned we would be charged a $50 fee per night for use of the pull out couch. We decided to stay in our room and I slept on a twin sized foam mattress topper on the floor. Would I Recommend?: I would not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness should be prioritized and the dirty linens at check in, and issue was not resolved by hotel staff. Additionally, the maintenance issues in our room were brought to the attention of the staff and were also not addressed. If cleanliness and attentiveness to issues are a priority, you may want to look elsewhere.

Great hotel
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were large and the staff were friendly! We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
