Dec 25, 2025Perfect Christmas Holiday
Room was spacious, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for Christmas and had a fabulous time. Muhammed at the bar was mixing up some amazing cocktails, including one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had! Location was great walking distance to so many of the must see Dublin sights and pubs.

Excellent Hotel
I have previously posted review of the Hyatt Centric Hotel, The Liberties, Dublin. We have since had numerous stays at the Hyatt Centric Hotel. It is our choice hotel when visiting Dublin. The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting the city and it is also close to many of the major attractions. It is located opposite St Patrick Cathedral. The liberties is a fantastic place to visit. Check in is efficient and the receptionist we have encountered are professional and makes a point of welcoming us back. If our room is not available when we check-in due to us arriving early our luggage is securely stored and we get a phone call once the room is ready. Management and staff at this hotel knows what customer service is all about. I must pay special mention to Jane the Hotel Manager who takes time out of her busy schedule to greet us as does Duty Manager Carmen. They are both generous with their time and ensure we have a pleasant stay. We dine at the Hyatt Centric Hotel, and the food is very good. The staff in both Bar/Restaurant are helpful and courteous. The staff at Breakfast again are most helpful. I must give a special mention to Gar and Lisa who we meet at breakfast, and they always extend a welcome back to us and ensure we are so well looked after. So, a big shout out to them both. Breakfast is table service with a great choice of food and is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean with all the necessary facilities provided. Our choice of room is the “King Deluxe” We already have future booking with this hotel, testimony of how much we love this hotel.

Great spot. Great staff.
Staff were excellent. Every staff member that we met was helpful , attentive and pleasant. The hotel decor is modern and comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were big . The bed was comfortable and the tv screen was cinematic. Breakfast was delicious. We were with our adult children who found it equally great. Highly recommend. Ed will be back.

My Favourite Hotel in Dublin City We enjoyed a truly wonderful festive stay at the Hyatt Centric Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, instantly making us feel at home. Our room was beautifully modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. We were delighted by a thoughtful surprise on arrival, which added a very special touch to our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering great quality and variety to start each day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin and will certainly be returning. A huge thank you to Jane and her team for taking such wonderful care of us from check-in to check-out.

Comfort, Cleanliness, and Easy Airport Access
The room and bathroom were spacious, providing a very comfortable stay for a family of three to four, including those with young children. There was ample space to move around, which made the stay relaxing and stress-free. The room was well maintained and kept very clean throughout our stay, thanks to the efficient and attentive housekeeping team. The overall cleanliness and comfort added greatly to our positive experience. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located and easy to reach from the airport via the Dublin Express Bus, making travel to and from the hotel straightforward and hassle-free, especially when travelling with children.
