Fantastic service from the reception team, the F+B team with a rapid and hearty breakfast included. Well proportioned room spaces and a thoroughly enjoyable stay with high cleanliness, focus on sustainability and a nice bar/ restaurant space to enjoy.

I treated myself to an overnight stay in this hotel even though I only leave a short walk away. The staff were lovely, the room was great and overall I found it to be a very relaxing stay. It was strange having a sit down breakfast rather than a buffet style. This is nice if you were on holidays and had no plans, but I found it a bit slow and the staff did not fully listen to what I asked for (I asked for toasted brown bread and got toasted brown and white bread and a pain au chocolate). I am not a big breakfast eater and would have preferred to help myself, but like I say, you on a holiday and not in a hurry the sit down service is a nice touch and it also probably reduces food waste which is also a good thing. Other than that it is a hotel I would use again and would recommend to others coming to the city as it is a great location and the overall hotel setting is lovely. Room was great.

Great location
Great location less than a 15 minute stroll to city centre. Check in was easy and quick. Receptionist was very friendly, as were all the staff. Spacious rooms, good selection of coffee, fabulous comfortable bed and well appointed bathrooms. As expected, a great shower with plenty hot water. Room was exceptionally clean, nice bed linen and very quiet. Great selection of drinks at the bar, including whiskey, cocktails and beers. The Irish breakfast was very generous and filling. Orders were taken promptly and food served piping hot. Great choice of dishes. The Manager checked in with us making sure we had enough coffee, toast etc. The only niggle was that we couldn’t have a cocktail at the bar, just after midday, on the Monday of our departure, as the bar person wasn’t in till 12.30. Unfortunately having waited until then one of the ingredients for the cocktail wasn’t available. Just an unfortunate end to what was a fabulous weekend but we will return.

Called reception asked if they received my food delivery order, was slapped in the face with a really rude reply. Guy told me it is your own responsibility to track the order and not ask the reception

Great hotel in Liberties
Everything was wonderful The room was well equipped and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were excellent. It’s extremely convenient to the center of Dublin and Liberties itself is an up and coming area. Also - nice gym with plenty of equipment and sparkling clean.
