There was no heat in the rooms. Our room was 59 degrees when k woke op. It was absolutely freezing and impossible to sleep well. The room was fine, hotel is fine, but whatever you do don’t go in winter!

Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. The staff truly made the stay: everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.

What a great experience
We really enjoyed our one night stay at the Hyatt Centric. We booked this at the very last minute after having an extremely bad experience at another hotel and checking of there earlier than we should have. We took a punt and thankfully we did as it was a breath of fresh air to stay there. The room we were given was very clean, neat and tidy. The staff we spoke to and interacted with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was very close to the beach and close to all other amenities. We had breakfast included and it was lovely to sit down and enjoy waited service. We would not hesitate in returning to the Hyatt Centric Miami.

Great stay
My husband and I stayed at this hotel and we were very happy with our experience. The hotel property was very clean, and well maintained. Each staff member that we interacted with during our stay was very nice and friendly. They were even able to store our luggage after checkout because we weren’t due to be at our cruise terminal until a few hours later. The hotel is conveniently located across from the beach; you’re able to access the beach through the Loews Hotel across the street. The Hyatt Centric does not have its own gym, but you’re able to access the gym at the Loews Hotel. We didn’t have time to access the gym there, but were happy to have that option which, would be a reason for us staying at the Hyatt Centric again next time we’re down in South Beach. The hotel is conveniently located to CVS and Walgreens, which were great to shop at for last-minute cruise supplies. There are also many places to eat within walking distance, along with shopping in the shops at the Lincoln Mall (an outdoor mall). We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
