Great location - walking distance to the vast majority of places you want to go. Great atmosphere - fun, light hearted, polite and attentive Due to its location we will return BUT I wish I had other options.

Here’s a polished version with a calm but clearly disappointed tone, suitable for a hotel feedback form or review: --- Our stay was disappointing, particularly given the price we paid and the standards we associate with the Hyatt brand. The check-in experience was poor. We proactively called the hotel to inform them that we would be arriving earlier than the official check-in time and asked whether the room would be ready by 3:00 PM. The staff declined to provide a clear answer. When we arrived at 3:30 PM, we were told that the room was still not available and that we would receive a text once it was ready. Due to the heat, we parked our car and took an Uber to a nearby restaurant instead of waiting at the hotel. Unfortunately, we never received the promised text. When we returned well past the standard check-in time, we were then told the room was available, without any acknowledgment of the delay or lack of communication. In addition, the overall orientation and service at check-in were lacking. We were not informed about breakfast options, location, or timing. No assistance was offered with our luggage, and we were not made aware of the complimentary two-hour bike rental benefit. As a result, we used our car throughout our stay and paid for parking. Had we known about this benefit, we would have gladly taken advantage of the bikes instead of dealing with the inconvenience and cost of parking. The breakfast experience added to our frustration. When ordering, I requested scrambled eggs under the “eggs your way” option and clearly stated that I did not want this if there was any upcharge. The server confirmed there would be no additional charge. No upcharge was mentioned when the food was delivered, nor was it discussed during checkout, and it did not appear on the receipt provided at that time. However, the final bill I later received included an unexpected upcharge of over $11, which was both surprising and disappointing. Overall, we expected a level of service, transparency, and communication that aligns with the Hyatt name and the premium price paid for the stay. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.

Great location for our first trip to Key West! Many great restaurants and attraction's within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cute gift shop!

Perfect
This hotel was perfect from the very beginning. Amy met me at the front desk and helped me with parking and introduced me to the turtles and the parrot she even offered to let me feed them. Andy at the restaurant was amazing. Seating me and a great spot and getting me a beverage right away he even remembered my name later in the visit Harry the server was very kind and the food was excellent thank you to Serena for stopping by to say hi to the GM for saying hi as well I will be back many times to this location. They set the stage for a perfect visit. Thank you.

Perfect location and great Hyatt service!
Welcomed with a smile as a Hyatt rewards member by the excellent staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Location is perfect for walking to any restaurants, shopping or marinas.
