Dec 13, 2025Thoughtful service and a genuinely memorable stay
We had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric Key West. From the start, everything felt perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location is a big plus, right by the harbor/marina. Our King Partial Harbor room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the harbor and pool, and it was a really nice place to unwind. The leadership team clearly sets a strong tone here. The room placement and welcome amenity were a pleasant surprise, and all staff we interacted with were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a delightful experience and a hotel we’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Key West.

Our favorite Key West hotel
We had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric. This was our 4th or 5th time staying here and we love the friendly staff, the location and views, the pool/hot tub, the relaxation areas (hanging chairs by pool and swinging chair on the docks), and the onsite restaurants. We’ll be back!!

Paradise!
We love this place! We have been multiple times and have our next visit scheduled. The location is the best! The food is good. The service at The Blue Mojito is excellent!

Pros- Location is great, nice to have a gym, has parking (but it’s expensive). Clean room. Cons - Not an upscale hotel or resort, very overpriced for the condition and amenities offered. No Island vibe to it. Much better places to stay on Island and at better rates.

Great stay and location.
Great hotel and Sasha was incredible. He was a gracious host to our one night stay and is a true professional. He was very helpful and informative on everything. Took true ownership mentality throughout the stay and is an asset to Hyatt Centric. Shantelle was wonderful at check in.
