I had a fantastic experience at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco — a hotel that truly lives up to its reputation as a comfortable, convenient, and stylish home base for exploring the city by the bay. An amazing hotel with a great location. From the moment I arrived, the location impressed me. Just steps away from iconic attractions like Pier 39 and the waterfront, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, dining, and catching ferries — perfect whether you’re a first-time visitor or seasoned traveler. Proximity to the souvenir shopping areas makes it all the more desirable. The contemporary rooms are inviting and well-appointed, featuring cozy Hyatt Grand Beds, modern décor with soothing nautical tones, and thoughtful amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and a mini-fridge — all of which made unwinding after long days out effortless. The staff consistently went above and beyond with friendly and professional service, helping to make the stay smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. While a few minor details could be improved (such as breakfast variety), overall the hotel delivers excellent comfort, value, and location for both leisure and business travelers.

Great property. Close to a lot in SF. Clean and cool hotel with a unique vibe. We really liked the unique hot tub and pool! Central to a lot of SF tourist sites.

Location excellent Rooms - very nice Beds - good but keep some hard pillows, I didn’t like pillows u have Service is good Don’t know why bar is closed on Sunday and Monday?

After I checked out, I found out I accidentally left something in the room. I called back several times and they never picked up the phone. I left messages but they never called back. Worst experience!

Overall it is a nice hotel. My main complaint was about their heater which had an absurd loud starting noise that woke me up multiple times at night. Their elevator was also clunky.
