Very happy with our stay experience. The staff truly made the stay shine. The front desk team, especially Adeel, is excellent and does a great job recognizing Globalist members. The restaurant is also very good. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will definitely come back.

Highly recommended property
This hotel was in the perfect location. Short walk to Fishermans wharf, Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square as well as around the corner from the trolley station that took you to Union Square, chinatown, etc. Hotel was clean, staff were accommodating, very pleasant experience

a warm homely place to stay when at fishermanwharf SF. probably the best location. ideally located to just everything around. rooms are very comfortable and quality of linen excellent. TV channels are a let down. they still have old TV sets with cable TV. no access to OTT content using one's own login. coffee machines are outdated. would put as sub standard. still giving milk powder, when across the state, all hotels - small or big provide coffee mate or other milk pods, no way to have tea in room. hot water from coffee machine only. no provision of hot water kettle.

Jan 02, 2026Walls are too thin! You can hear everything
The location of the hotel was fine but the rooms had paper thin walls. I was woken up at 4:30 am by the person next door repeatedly coughing and I had to out in earplugs to get back to sleep. Then when I got up at 7:30 I could hear the person talking. When I complained at the front desk at check out they didn’t do anything to make up for the horrible experience. I was disappointed at the level of customer of service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get a good night’s sleep.

Good hotel
Staff were friendly and room was lovely. Parking is overpriced but the location was worth it. The lifts are very outdated but conveniently has washing facilities.
