Pillows suck, restaurant was closed, tuck shop really did not have very much stuff, no white wine. When I asked staff if there was white wine available, i was told rather rudely that whatever is there is what they have.

Not Clean, Not Comfortable — Very Disappointing Stay
If you expect a clean and comfortable place to stay, do not come here. If cleanliness and basic comfort matter to you, this property will be a disappointment. The hallways have old, worn carpets with a noticeable musty smell, and the room furniture and fixtures are clearly damaged and overdue for maintenance. Even common areas like the pool didn’t feel clean or well cared for. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and far below the standards I expect from this brand. I would not stay here again unless significant renovations and improvements are made.

Enjoyed my stay here! It was super spacious and comfortable. The front desk was always helpful. No room service but the market inside the hotel open 24hour, easy to grab something. The location is also convenient to several popular attractions.
