Great service. Central location to trains, restaurants, market and tourist attractions. This is my second time staying here-- wont stay anywhere else.

Wonderful Boston hotel!
Great location, excellent service and very clean, beautiful space! I stayed on the 8th floor in a corner room with a gorgeous view!

Single room with king bed. Super small but clean and comfortable. Plenty of hangers for my clothes. I did not like the placement of the in room safe, as I thought in the middle of the hall was dangerous since the door naturally hung a jar (I had to keep it locked to avoid running into it constantly). There's no full desk available--only a stool under a nightstand. Not very ergonomic if you need to work a lot in your room. A lot of people opt to work in the lobby downstairs, but obviously that doesn't work if you have conference calls. They have live acoustic guitar music in the evenings and hot cocoa/ beer in the lobby. Warning if you stay Thursday nights: depending on the location of your room, garbage pick up is 3-4 am Friday mornings and it's super loud for about 30 min. Otherwise, it's a quiet hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great stay at Hyatt Centric
Went with my family just for 2 days and had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and the check in process went quick. This hotel has much bigger rooms than other hotels in Boston and in my opinion, is in the best location!
