Dec 06, 2025Great location and staff, but horrible rooms.
The staff are incredibly helpful and the hotel is new and clean. I have stayed twice now and the rooms are not only small but horribly laid out. No place to sit/work, or to even place suitcases, etc. One had a large pole blocking a large section of the room. Also, poor insolation against noise from the outside.

Nov 25, 2025Great Experience with Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston
The staff was great. They were super friendly & the hotel was very clean. We were on our honeymoon & the staff went above & beyond to make us feel special. The hotel is in a great location to everything we wanted to see and it was a quick 15 minute walk to the North End where we spent a majority of our time. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

Home Away From Home
Great hotel! Love the live music in the late afternoon in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff when I stay there. They make it feel like a home away from as I travel to Boston often. Thanks Keith and team!

Good location. TINY room.
Great check-in staff. TINY room. Coffee bar left something to be desired. Music in lobby w adrink or beer not bad. Friendly staff.
