Mar 30, 2026Would look elsewhere for a premium hotel. Stay away from Marriott.
Value was not there for the price. Housekeeping did not respond to our needs. Very convenient to the Port of Miami. Not much to do around this hotel. More of a business district.

Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Brickell was absolutely wonderful. This was a shot stay celebrating oner 30 years of friendship with by BFF, the ambiance was perfect. When you are there, go visit Ub at the bar, she was amazing!

Generally a great experience
Amazing location, very close to the shopping mall, nice restaurants, and cafes. Very safe area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue was that the swimming pool was closed right after I arrived, no sure why it was not mentioned when I booked the stay. The room was very clean. Unfortunately, my neighbors have two young children and were a little loud, which wasn't a major issue.

Stayed here while in Miami for a business trip, and the hotel was clean and conveniently located. The bed was quite comfortable, and there was a good variety of pillow softness among the four that were provided. There are also plenty of outlets (by each side of the bed, by the table). The bathroom is spacious, and the shower has good water pressure. Having a balcony facing the water was very nice; it was great to open the curtains in the morning to see the sun shining on the water. One thing of note: when I opened the fridge in the room, I did see some containers left by previous guests (an empty ice cream container and an empty mini vodka bottle).

The heated rooftop pool is great!
Our kids really enjoyed the rooftop pool before our cruise. Close to the Miami rover station to get around the city easily for free.
