Castaway Cove - A Watery Pirate Playground
A new reservation system has been introduced to manage seating and attendance at the Castaway Cove and Garden Pool water facilities.
• Reservations will be able to be booked 30 days in advance.
• You will need to use your hotel confirmation number (listed below) You will be able to book ONE 2-hour pool reservation and ONE 2-hour Castaway Cove reservation per DAY of your stay.
• Reservations will be for up to 5 people, if you have a room that can accommodate more than 5 people please call us once you make your pool reservation so the hotel can adjust the reservation manually.
• Guests should arrive to Castaway Cove or the Garden Pool 15 minutes prior to their reservation time to get checked in and receive their wristbands(there will be different wristbands for each time and location).
• Guests may only use the pool furniture assigned in their reservation. To promote physical distancing, pool furniture may not be rearranged.
• The facilities will be closed down and all guests cleared out between reservations blocks to perform sanitation procedures.
• Please see the facility attendant at Castaway Cove if your party would like to use the hot tub spa during your reservation block. Hotel will allow 15 minute blocks per room to reduce exposure to others (subject to availability).
• All children who are not potty trained will be required to have on swim pants, which they provide complimentary if needed.
• If you do need to cancel your hotel reservation, please also cancel your pool reservation.
• Hotel will be sending you a text message prior to your pool reservation to confirm, if they do not hear back from you, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
• No lifeguards on duty.

Best customer service with Jennifer !!
Amazing customer service from Jennifer. My family and I come to California once a year and visit Disneyland. There are a ton of hotels to choose from but we always go to the hojo mainly because of their customer service. Jennifer made me feel like helping me plan the perfect trip to the hotel was exciting for her as well. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She was so kind and caring and will keep us coming back to the hojo every summer. She gave me detailed responses and helped me make a decision that was the best for my family. Thank you Jennifer and the hojo team for making us feel like the hotel truly is our home away from home.

Blah
Location is great. The rest is blah. Booked a room for 5. Only after booking did they say that in order to sleep 5 we had to pay for a roll away bed every night. Ended up having to upgrade the room and bring our own mattress for 5th. That added $120 to the trip. We were put in their back tower. Not a big deal. Except all amenities are way up front. If you want to load your car or luggage to the hotel room, they only have carts in the main building. Every other building you’re out of luck. They also cleaned only 1 time in 4 days. Location is the best part.

Comfortable!
Great stay for 3 nights. Room was clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Easy walk to Disneyland too. Highly recommend!

Prime clean location
Prime location. Quick walk and lots of food options around. Laundry room was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly! Pool was great and relaxing in the afternoon heat!
