From arrival to departure we felt at home. Front desk was very accommodating. Grounds and room very clean. Fire pits, s’mores and games surrounded by the city and the bay. Awesome place.

Wish I stayed more than 1 night! Fun atmosphere!
Right smack at the Wharf next to Pier 39, Hotel Zephyr offers a unique, fun, and relaxing place to chillax. The staff were friendly and helpful. Love the interior decor from the get go, nautical theme and lots of thoughtfully curated art, like a large metal seagull, frames mimicking submarine portholes, mermaid art on crates.... trust me, while kitsch, still tasteful enough (not tacky). Love the ample seating in the lobby, which leads to an activities room with photobooth, games, etc. Then it leads to a concrete courtyard with firepits (where you can make s'mores--- s'mores kit provided by the hotel) and off to the side is a fairly complete fitness center (one of 2 treadmills and 1 of 2 elliptical machines were off duty though) with towels, weights, seated bikes. The courtyard connects to a Mexican restaurant/bar, that connects to the street across from the ferris wheel. You get a nice view of Alcatraz too. The rooms were cute, sheets and pillows are very comfortable. I wish I did not just stay for 1 night. Next time, Hotel Zephyr will likely be my go to spot when enjoying the tourist attractions at Fisherman's Wharf.

Junior at the Front Desk
Junior at the front desk is incredible. When there was an issue with our company card, he diligently worked to get the issue resolved. While I was waiting in the common area for my colleagues overseas to resolve the issue (time difference), he made sure to check on me to make sure I was comfortable, and he communicated with me throughout the process. 10/10 employee!

Zephyr - A hit!!!
Fabulous hotel close to Fisherman's Wharf and loads of touristy places. Lovely rooms (accessible), large and bright overlooking big wheel. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Overall fabulous stay and would definitely recommend for tourists. Reasonably priced too!

Location 10/10 Value -great! Room 8/10. Pretty small but comfortable beds . Could use light updating but you can’t beat location and staff
