Hotel Theodore Seattle
Excellent service! We arrived about 11 am after two nights on an Amtrak train and they checked us in early with ease. Very friendly staff, large room for the city location. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in Seattle. Great coffee downstairs- the bar looked fun. Too bad we were too tired to indulge

Excellent Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Theodore. Location was very convenient as it was close to the light rail station from the airport. Room was beautiful ,clean & larger than we anticipated. Great little refrigerator bar area & bathroom was also very nice. Location is great just a couple of blocks from the market and everyone we encountered here was very friendly. Room service was very fast. Great stay !

Tacked on Huge Unexpected Fees, No Fresh Towels, Smoky rooms
Beware after I checked out, this hotel tacked an extra $125 onto an already exorbitant stay; when I called and asked I was told it was some kind of service fee and they eventually hung up on me after I asked them to take if off my bill... Other issues: I was promised a room on a high floor/view but when the room was finally ready, it was obvious someone had just been smoking/vaping in it. Obviously this hotel is lax on that issue, so if you feel strongly about having a smoke-free experience, I would choos different lodging. After I requested a change, I ended up on a low floor... The bathroom was so tiny and there was nowhere to set anything down, such as glasses. They never offered fresh towels or soap or cleaned the room -- even though I stayed 5 nights, so I ran out of towels. The restaurant was good but I only ate there once because they didn't have availability. Plus they didn't seem to want to seat solo diners.

Clean, comfortable, safe and hip
Historic hotel on Pine Street that has just the right amount of extras like room service, room fridge, quality bathroom amenities, lobby bar and restaurant and beautiful decor.

Comfortable and conveniently located in the heart of Seattle! For walkers, shops and market were close by.
I enjoyed the hotel very much! The room was supplied consciously. I suggest phone charging chords and a come and go ticket pay system from the self parking garage. The staff was most professional and welcoming. The complimentary wine could have been presented more elegantly with the feel of a social hour. The size of the hotel was comfortable in term of moving round. The room provided to me was accommodating to any wheelchair accessible persons or family not only in the rooms but bathrooms as well. A nice touch were the night headlamps built into the headboard on each side for reading.
