    My stay at Riu Plaza

    My stay at Riu Plaza Panama was very good. The staff was friendly. They tried to help with queries. Celia in hospitality and Eclude( cant remember the correct spelling of name) from security most notable. The front desk staff was courteous and very professional. They were bilingual which made it very easy to communicate. The location of the hotel is strategically located in the town centre making it easy to access food, transportation and shops. The community is safe and so you feel at ease. The breakfast was sumptuous a large array of food. The spread was better than expected. Fruits succulent and tasting delicious. It would be lovely to have souvenirs to take from the hotel example Shampoos, writing pad , pen or soaps. I really enjoyed my vacation and I would return to Riu Plaza Panama

    Great experience

    Our first not all inclusive. Breakfast was included and was very good. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Several tours were taken and were worth it. Old town was a bit of a walk but not to bad at all. Felt very safe the whole time.

    Staff Great - Room, Not So Great

    First thing...the staff is AWESOME! I don't want to mention names but there were many of the staff that went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. My only complaint was the musty smell of the room. Of course I go buy Lysol and spray everything down on any trip. However, there was a lingering musty smell and I had to go buy absorbing gel type room deodorizers (3) to place in the room. I think there is a moisture issue because even in the bathroom, there is no fan. I think the outdoor temperature affects the rooms because you can't open a window either. OTHERWISE -- Great service on all counts.

    Hotel Riu Plaza Panama

    Great place to stay! Affordable. Centered in downtown so you are close to everything. Service was excellent! The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise we were satisfied with the accommodations!
