Awesome location and beautiful hotel
This was a fantastic location for our fast-and-furious trip to San Francisco! The hotel was beautiful and continental breakfast was the best our family has ever had. We so enjoyed being able to easily walk to Fisherman's Wharf and other nearby areas. There was a Trader Joe's within a few blocks, as well as Cafe that had delicious coffee and pastries! The rooms were nice, although bathroom was very tight.

Perfect location
The hotel is perfectly located - a short walk to many attractions. Buses and streetcars just outside the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. They sorted out a problem in our room really quick. The room had good beds but we didn’t like the bathroom situation. No door between the sink area and the room. The aircondition was really loud. It was also loud between rooms and floors. The breakfast was great with a good selection of healthy food. The pastries didn’t have any allergy information and one of us has nut allergies so had to stay away from those. Would stay here again!

This is not resort!!
First off this was a planned trip with my grown daughter and 26 year old grand daughter. We arrived early and were not able to check in ok, the girl at the check in counter said we can check in at 1:30 for an extra $75 ( check in time is 3pm) we decided to wait and could leave our luggage with the bell man great. So on with the day and we come back to check in for a "superior room " an upgrade according th the website. Well the hotel cost was $444 for 2 nights, they asked for $232.49. We were taken a back by that the man at the desk said there is a $150 deposit and an $82.49 resort fee!!! we were not happy about that it wasn't planned. By the way this story was the same for 2 other groups checking in too. So I dish up the money they said it would be refunded at check out, Checked out yesterday still don't see my $150 ok its Saturday Ill give it till Tuesday. Now about the resort fee, there is no way this hotel is a resort! In my experience a resort has an open restaurant, a spa, maybe shopping, room service , a pool. The only thing it has is a pool and a buffet breakfast which is ok. When you prepare eggs, bacon and then cover it with a metal lis it traps the moisture in and eggs become mushy, pancakes spongey and rubbery bacon. There are no toiletries in the bathroom just the all in one hair and body soap on the wall. I will give points for large size bath towels and comfy beds. Also at checkout the person at the desk offered a 20% off coupon for a tour bus. At check out! I would think they should have offered that at checkin. Sorry back tracking there was nothing about our room that was superior, 2 beds a couch shoved in the corner, the bathroom had a sink with no real counter space and oh yeah a view of the room ac unit and a wall with siding. The noise level from the floor above us was loud you could hear them walking across the floor. We paid extra for this!! I would never stay here again.
