  Another good stay.

  We had another very good stay here. Rooms have everything you need toiletries, mini fridge, kettle with tea and coffee. Cleaned daily. It is all the staff that make this hotel. The food and drink were good. The weather was cool for Lanzarote. Needed a cardigan or jacket. Mainly in morning and evening.

  First of Many Visits

  Just returned, and had a great time, we were lucky and had some hot days which seem in short supply at present out there. I use a cane, and although the resort is large had no difficulty getting around. We met 2 couple who were on their 13th and 10th visits so I feel I should dismiss one of the negatives we read before going. The staff are fantastic throughout. We never saw tables stacked with plates waiting to be cleared( unless an impatient guest wanted a table where someone had just got up and left) when there we ample ready made up to use. the staff cleared away courses as you finished them. There was an outbreak of Norovirus during our last days. The hotel already had sanitisation stands in situ for general use but once they were aware they had staff at the entrances to the restaurants with hand held ones to ensure all guests used them. BUT when men leave the toilets without washing hands and go straight into eat, handling the serving utensils, its no wonder an outbreak occurs. There were even hand sprays on each food station. The hotel couldn't have done more. As I said we had a great time and will return.

  Winter sunshine all inclusive trip

  Great hotel and position between PDC and Matagorda . Promenade to walk either way for long walks or cycling . Pool was heated which was great in December . The sunbeds re all a bit cramped up but we managed ok . The bonus was they reserved a sunbed for my husband as he is on a scooter and can walk short distances , so no worries for him there . The food was excellent , lots of choice and nice Spanish cooking . The staff were all really helpful and accommodating to any requests . The first room we went in was on the ground floor which we requested , however it was smelly and the curtains had mould on the back . Maybe had a flood in them? Sewer smell outside. They moved us and the room was excellent ..thank you Rui. Lots of seating area for the evening , part of dining room but fine for us . Outside was more of a smoking area , then less tables outside for non smokers ? Don’t know why . The entertainment team were always active and lots of participation.from guests, great at their job. I would go back to this hotel if I wanted all inclusive . It was better than some all inclusive I’ve been to. No huge queues at the bar and quality of food and drink very good .

  Not a TUI 4 star platinum hotel, more like a 3 star hotel

  We have stayed at many RUI hotels and love them all, but I can honestly say that this is not the usual standard of a RUI hotel. The food was okay, the drinks available were okay, but there was no facility to purchase premium drinks. The towels in the room were flimsy and small so we used the towels for the sunbeds to dry ourselves after a shower which were of a higher standard. No bath robes in the room. The rooms were tired and needed decorating. Door handle on bathroom was broken, electric socket on wall was hanging off and there were problems with the shower which did eventually get fixed. The staff were friendly enough but the dining facility was very strange. You could eat in the proper dining room or eat in what I can only describe as a cafe facility. If you are happy to drink cheap beer, wine and flat soft drinks on tap then this is the place for you. I would not recommend.

  Be respectful to the staff your on hoilday they are not servants

  Our 9th visit as a couple i must say the food this time excelled in all areas. The room was perfect and all the staff were wonderful and work exceptionally hard. The only issue for me was the serving tongs in the dining room they are not there as a suggestion blooming use them people not your fingers ! Well done parasio another week was had in paradise
