    Beautiful Hotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote

    Faith Restored

    Just stayed 6 nights and found the hotel very good had lost the faith in the RIU brand after a recent week at Riu palace Santa Maria but this hotel was very good . Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite perhaps because we had booked the room via Riu Class points but was a nice surprise So here is the review The hotel is a good solid 4 stars modern and clean good quality rooms and good service and facilities .All inclusive was 24 hours drinks were good for this class of hotel and food was satisfactory. Pool areas were good with heated pools communal areas had patio heaters a nice touch used the Asian restaurant twice and this was good booking via app this was easy

    I’m looking forward to coming to this hotel later in the week, can someone tell me if the rooms have ironing facilities

    Very relaxing experience

    From checking in to checkout this RIU hotel was outstanding. The pools were a good size and a couple were heated. All the staff were happy and friendly and the food was very good and they catered to all tastes, buffet style. We enjoyed the entertainment which was varied. This is a very large hotel but it didn’t seem too crowded and the walk from our garden suite was very pleasant and the gardens were well tended. An altogether a very relaxed experience.

    Another great stay in this fab hotel. Highly recommended.

    Second visit to this lovely hotel. We had asked for the same room as last time - 2262 over the bridge (gets the steps in) - huge room with two big beds, fridge, safe, good shower with quality toiletries and a comfy sofa area, large balcony terrace with a view over the quiet side pool out to the sea which got the sun all day. Lovely surprise to receive a rose to welcome us back. Nice touch. Anyway, the hotel is spotless, food is plentiful and varied, we never struggled to find something. Two speciality restaurants were really nice, Asian and Canarian which we booked at reception. Drinks were good, lots of choice, Amstel and Cruzcampo lemon on draught then local wines and spirits which were perfectly acceptable. Bottles of water free from the 24 hour lobby bar. Staff were so friendly and very respectful. Shout out to the entertainments gang, the night time shows were excellent, dancers were amazing and they all were really entertaining. We had a brilliant week despite the weather being mixed, we will book up for next year.
