We had a great stay at this hotel in April 2026. We are a family of four with 2 kids (14 & 10). Nice quality rooms, great facilities and good staff & service.

Disappointed in hotel though it would not take much to make it much better.We had a double family room which was good size and reasonably equipped. No noise issues with room. Main buffet was disappointing and the pool snack bar pathetic. "speciality" restaurants were better but inconsistent we went to the Italian and Asian twice, first visit to both were fine but second visits were disappointing. Drinks via dispensers, wine awful cava was the only drinkable option. Cocktails third rate, pre mixed. Entertainment mediocre. Pools all 1.1 metres deep, could do with some deeper parts. Staff very friendly, helpfull and everything kept clean. As a tip, if you want to. book the other restaurants check on the hotel app a day or two before you want to go in the morning before breakfast. If there is no availability on the app, ask the person at the entry to breakfast as they often can get you in via a ticket. Not a big resort and beach awful.

Disappointment and Disaster, Food Poisoning and False Advertising
We all had food poisoning the second night from the hotel buffet and spent our beach time in the room being sick. The hotel promotional material promised airport shuttle and beach shuttles, neither of which actually exist. Management has refused to reimburse us for the half of our holiday that was lost due to food poisoning. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

A lovely holiday
We stayed for 10 days as a family of seven, ranging in age from 8 to 60, and we absolutely loved it. We all had an amazing time. The facilities, rooms, food, drinks and activities were all excellent—everything was well-maintained and in great condition. What really stood out was the staff. From housekeeping to the restaurant team, animation staff, and reception, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The animation team did a fantastic job. There was a great variety of activities including fitness classes, football, basketball, fun pool games, and enjoyable evening entertainment. They truly made the experience special, especially for the kids. The white party they organised was a highlight. We really couldn’t fault this hotel. A special shout-out to Pablo from the animation team—he was brilliant with the kids and made a big impression on our family. If I had to be very critical, I’d suggest having football activities every day. It’s a great way for older kids to socialise and make friends.

Wonderful family holiday
Really excellent family holiday all inclusive hotel . Food and entertainment perfect for our family group. Absolutely no complaints at all. All staff helpful, friendly and obviously enjoy their work.
