We loved the location, the service, the pools. Great food and drinks, also for our 2 year old son. Very kids friendly hotel!

Perfect once again
Our 2nd stay here, our room 785 was huge family room with separate bedrooms.cleaning done to very high standards every day, food was varied and always fresh. We used the adults only pool with loads of sun beds available.location is perfect. Super friendly staff all round. Simply wonderful stay .

Excellent hotel, been about 10 times now. Food is good with plenty of choice, all staff very helpful and do an excellent job. Back again in November

Pleasantly surprised
Very clean with welcoming, pleasant staff. Service was impeccable. Drinks for local offering were decent. Food was good. Wide variety for everyone. There’s not a lot around the hotel but if you’re willing to travel a little or just want to stay around the resort, it’s absolutely ideal. In short, I’d definitely stay there again

This hotel although clean and well looked after , did not really earn its current rating, Arriving in reception which was on road level was actually the 4th floor of the hotel, having 3 floors below and several floors above, On checking in we were given a family apartment on the lowest floor with no lift to use, considering we are both approaching eighty it was a shock to say the least, it was 2 days before this could be changed to a more suitable room with a lift available, was clean and comfortable although the towels were so thin they were soaking with one use. We have read the write up on this hotel and could not find an indication that this hotel was not really suitable for people of a senior age with mobility issues, if it is there it is in the small print! Going down the lower levels having slopes and stairs to address, finding ourselves almost running down a slope, likewise the area outside of the hotel was a hilly too also a long walk to any shops etc. The food was reasonable if you like repetitive and lack of choices in the 2 standard buffet restaurants, the Italian / Asian restaurants were a life saver if you could book in, the Grill restaurant was passable. The pool areas although plenty of them they did not really provide much personal space so if you like being a sardine you will be fine. Entertainment forget it being an open hotel the noise was loud and very intrusive no quiet areas that we could find. Needless to say we won't be using this one again and definately have to accept you get what you pay for!
