Mar 03, 2023Horrible hotel
This hotel is horrible. We checked in late. They had no drinking water in the room. No air conditioning. No hot water. No place to find drinking water as they were closed and would not answer their phone. Loud party going on until 4AM. No wifi info in room. Two old thin towels. no bath mat. two tiny bars of soap. one tiny package of shampoo. no vending machines...all were broken. no way to contact anyone after hours. dirty room. dirty bathroom. Maybe deserving of 2 stars...maybe.

RATEROS!!!!
Hice un evento con ellos y son unos rateros, uno de los dueños llamados Eduardo Trueba Vidrio se puso a tomar del alcohol de mi evento y se emborracho y le pegó a uno de mis invitados y nos corrieron del lugar cuando faltaban horas del evento que ya se habían pagado y no nos quisieron devolver ni un peso cuando ellos tuvieron la culpa, hoy es día que siguen sin devolver el dinero.

Dec 22, 2017Noisy and no running water.
The hotel was fine, basic, but clean enough and the staff were friendly. However the large gates at the entrance to the property make a ridiculously loud noise evertime they open and practically shake the whole building, sometimes in the middle of the night. This was annoying enough, but coupled with the fact that when I woke up on the second day of my stay, the running water was not working in the bathroom, this was enough for me to know I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I didn't have time to try and get it fixed as I had an appointment to attend to meaning I had to leave the property feeling dirty and pretty angry. When I did mention it to the staff on checkout I got a half hearted apology and that was it. Overall, I feel the hotel is overpriced for the quality you actually receive. Maybe I was just unlucky on this occasion but I will not be visiting again to find out.

Es una propiedad que está ubicada en el municipio de Ayala, adyacente a Cuautla. No es tan fácil llegar al hotel si no conoces la zona previamente pero con la ayuda de un GPS no hay problema Se trata de una propiedad que al parecer se encuentra en remodelación. Es muy amplia. y con vastos jardines El check in fue muy rápido ya que lo realicé previamente por internet. Cuenta con pago directo y con TDC. La propiedad en general es de regulares condiciones ya que como lo comenté se encuentra en remodelación. Sus facilidades a los huéspedes son amplios jardines, wifi en todas las instalaciones, campa de basquetbol y restaurante. Nos tocó hospedarnos en el edificio principal donde se encuentra el restaurante. Sin embargo y contrario a lo pensado no percibimos ruido en exceso. Al parecer no habían muchos huéspedes ya que solo el restaurante funcionó en la mañana del domingo con servicio de bufet. Las habitaciones con mobiliario sencillo. Nada del otro mundo. Con TV con servicio de cable y control remoto y sin ningún problema con el agua caliente. El servicio de bufet bueno aunque no tan variado. Destaco el servicio del personal. Amable y atento en todo momento y proporcionaron todo lo que solicité de manera muy rápida y cordial. El gran acierto del hotel es realizar el check in desde las ocho de la mañana y el check out hasta las seis de la tarde del día siguiente para aprovechar todo el día la alberca y los camastros. Buena opción para un fin de semana sin pagar de más pero no conveniente para personas con más exigencias

This is a charming Quinta with a wonderful location in Pinhao. It makes a good base to explore the Douro region. We did not eat at the Quinta as the 7:30 seating was earlier than we like to eat. There are several restaurants nearby. The room is stocked with reasonable wines and ports produced at the Quinta, which we enjoyed sipping at the pool overlooking the river at sunset. There is good parking. The check out procedure was not well organized as there were several people waiting in a very warm reception area. Providing AC or fans would make the reception area more comfortable at check out, and perhaps printing out the invoices ahead of time would speed up the process.
