    Location is a bit isolated but the views and quiet are worth it. Room was comfortable, food was great. Great meeting space for our group also.

    Perfect hotel for dreamstate

    Perfect location in long Beach when going to Dreamstate. Staff were kind and helpful with anything I needed. Would always like to come here

    Carnival Cruise

    Hotel is in a great location to the Carnival cruise port with shuttle service available. Sigi the shuttle driver is awesome.

    First and last time

    I wouldn’t recommend this place. It got off to a bad start when they said we had to pay $45 a night to park our car. This is disgusting-this is not some downtown hotel with a huge lack of space. It is surrounded by its own enormous car park which just gives them the opportunity to rip off their customers by charging such an exorbitant fee. It didn’t help that the guy on reception seemed totally uninterested in us as guests and had absolutely no customer service skills. The room itself was disappointing. Hairs absolutely everywhere and all the furniture just needs updating. We went to dinner and breakfast in Fuego but both times came away feeling it was overpriced and underwhelming. Then on the last night we had to spend the entire night listening to a very unpleasant fight in the adjoining room. We finally gave in at 4:30am and called front desk but nothing whatsoever was done about it all. This is certainly not a place I’d ever go back to.

    Great location and peacefulness in the area.

    The location is great because it is away from all the chaos and the buildings. The views of the sunset and sunrise were amazing and the amenities are plenty. We didn't get a chance to use them due to a conference but next time we will stay longer and enjoy them all. The guys in the restaurant and bartender of 20 years were amazing and very cordial. They took care of us very well in anything we needed.
