Great hotel, not the greatest service
Not the greatest experience, but I’m still giving them 4 stars based on some of the positives. The good: it’s a nice hotel, the valet staff were great, the rooms are updated. the lobby has chic decor, and the location is walking distance to Crypto Arena, the convention center, and several restaurants. The bad: there is no self parking and valet is $57/day, even if your room is ready it will cost you $75 to check in before 4pm, some of the front desk staff were less than friendly and did not communicate what so ever. They didn’t tell us where our room was at, didn’t explain how to retrieve our luggage, didn’t even smile.

Excellent place to stay downtown
The Indigo is a bright repose downtown. The service is attentive and quick. Diego and Andy in particular were fantastic!

Good service
I like the way they decorated the hallway and lobby and the people at the front seat and also Israel who assisted us with our bags. Israel was so welcoming and very courteous. He takes the extra mile just to make us feel important. What a good service provider. The only thing is that the edges of the bed already were worn out and it’s not a good sight.

Outstanding
Andy was phenomenal from start to finish. Super welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the check-in process smooth and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in his work. One of the best front desk experiences I’ve had. Andy is a standout and a big reason I’d come back.
