EXCELLENT!
An excellent hotel. Large and clean rooms. Special staff. The hotel garage is a great bonus, especially if you travel by car. I recommend this hotel especially because it is very close to the sights and museums of Florence

Bad breakfast service organization from management
Your breakfast room looks like an auto grill on highway where everyone must queue to get a piece of bread or a plate of eggs. Not enough staff on top of it behind the counter. We want service. Not waiting behind a queue to grab juice. Very bad management decision to set this type of the unique buffet counter with only one person serving. Can feel also a lot frustration from your staff.

4 stars gotten by friend, definetely not by rules
The rooms super small, bathroom with tv transmission wrongly isolated, everywhere was mold, ants all over the room . The breakfast written on paper till 10:30, but the staff saying till 9:30 only. In the end we’ve got something but only sweet food. The room super small, the entire hotel lacks good quality materials. Is ok considering max 3 stars, but not enough for 4 stars.
