My husband and I spent a few days there to celebrate Thanksgiving. The location is excellent, close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. The service was excellent both at the hotel and the bar. Beautiful decor. The only things we didn't like were that the heating was very noisy, there were no extra blankets in the room, and the bathroom sink was clogged. We will return, though. Thank you.

We enjoyed our time here. It was walking distance to so many great local things-dining, shopping, Union Station and sporting events. The front desk staff were very personable and offered great dining recommendations. The hotel was clean, modern and a comfortable place to call "home" for our 4 day trip.

I am giving this hotel three stars because of the rudeness of the bar staff in the restaurant. The bartender made it plain he was too busy to be bothered with an order. The hotel plus our room were clean but the room was nothing special and was cramped for space as was the bathroom. The pillows were miserable. There was good water pressure and lots of hot water which is always a plus and the amenities were fine. But overall it’s just a downtown hotel with not much going for it. I’d look for some place else if you have to be in this area.

Perfect place to stay in downtown Denver!
My adult son and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo in downtown Denver. The hotel is conveniently located at Union Station, which made for a perfect spot to stay as we came from Denver International and were traveling throughout Colorado. The room was spacious, hod a great view, and was nicely appointed. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed cocktails and dinner in the hotel restaurant, Ambler. Priced reasonably, this is a place we will definitely stay at again when traveling through and in Denver!

Firstly, the hotel entrance is hard to find - some extra signage would be helpful No one available to help with bags No bath robes available Room is modern and comfortable Bathroom was tiny but clean Shower head impossible to adjust Netflix not working on tv and staff were unable to fix it for entire stay Discovered on 2nd day that housekeeping is NOT provided until day 3 - you can’t even request it But - QR code to tip housekeeping was displayed!! Additional towel and coffee was requested but did not come until second request Had dinner in bar but unable to room charge it Stay elsewhere!!
