Sorry to say I recommend you avoid this hotel. I stayed recently on a pre-paid rate, with a $20 credit. On checking out I was told my account would be emailed to me. Still no email over a week later and a charge has been made to my credit card The hotel do not respond to emails so sadly I have to proceed with a credit card charge back. Such a shame that a reasonable stay has been ruined by their appalling after sales service which is non-existent. There are plenty of hotels in Tampa- I shall not been staying at Haya again. Avoid.

Location is amazing. It was clean but a little loud at night due to street noise. Service was great. All staff were great. However... In my King balcony, the bathroom doors are made of two parts that neither fully close or lock. Also, the bathroom vent fan did not work. It makes for an awkward stay if with friends. Wouldn't stay again unless solo and had no plans for a visitor.

I booked Hotel Haya because it was rated a 4.5, but based on my experience, it should realistically be closer to a 2. The service, cleanliness, and overall condition of the hotel did not match the rating or the expectations that come with it. From issues at check‑in to the condition of the room, lobby, and amenities, the stay fell far below what a 4.5‑rated property should deliver. I hope the rating is reevaluated so future guests have a more accurate understanding of what to expect. The hotel needs significant improvement before it can justify the rating it advertises.
