I was ambivalent and debated going to Park Hyatt instead. However, I am glad with my choice of staying here. The rooms were spacious and lovely. They were incredibly clean. What stands apart is the location to the metro and walkability to nearly everything in the city. The cocktail bar was amazing. I love love loved the sparkling water on tap in the lobby. What also stood apart was the service and smiles from everyone there. Edouard (experience manager) particularly went above and beyond to get us our room early on the first day when we were jet lagged and just needed to decompress. We were greeted by the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. I will be sure to come here each time I visit Paris. 10/10!

Just ok - we have stayed here before and thought it was wonderful - but this trip just didn’t seem all that great - especially for the price we paid. It will be our last stay here - we feel so much more appreciated at one of the smaller boutique hotels around Paris. The breakfast was “ok” but not worth the cost compared to other places in the same vicinity. Their prices have tripled but the service didn’t match that pace of increase. We won’t be back - much better places for much less money.

Best concierge service I’ve ever had
The team at hotel du louvre went above and beyond. I can’t thank the concierge team enough for their high level of service. I had a luggage problem at the airlines that they walked me through with expertise and care. It really saved our trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top quality rooms, location and more importantly service.

Lovely hotel in perfect location
Excellent hôtel. Warm welcome. Cabines to freshen up if you arrive early and room isn’t ready. Very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Location is fantastic!
