Would like to specially recognise and thank Mr Viktor from the Conceirge desk, he was too helpful in getting us the right recommendation for all our food and beverage options and recommend the right restaurant. He also helped us in cancelling a wrong restaurant booking and at no charge. He also helped us finding the right restaurants keeping in mind our food preferences and keeping my wife’s food allergies in mind. Thank you so much for all the help. We also would like to thank and recognise Mr Timothy from the Front Desk, he was too helpful and polite in getting us a beautiful suite and taking care of all our needs. The Hotel du Louvre is a gem in Hyatts Crown and thanks to its central location, amazing and courteous staff it makes for an Exceptional stay at Paris!

Wonderful stay, great location
I wish I took more photos of this lovely property. I came here with my parents and sister for a quick 3 night trip to Paris. We had a WONDERFUL experience at Hotel du Louvre. As a Globalist, I was proactively upgraded to a junior suite -- which I was so grateful for. Now, the suite is smaller than other suites I've stayed in, but this is Europe afterall. Hotel rooms in Europe are generally small, so the suite upgrade was a welcome surprise. We arrived around 9am and unfortunately our rooms were not available until 3pm - despite us requesting early check-in. That was rough, but to be expected and I do not fault the hotel for this. My sister and mom shared a deluxe room, which was quite small. Their bathroom, however, was bigger than mine. My dad's room was also relatively small, but his bathroom was impressively big. So, not all the rooms are designed the same, and I think that's a great thing. We were gifted a bottle of wine shortly after check-in, chocolates, and every night housekeeping left little cookies on our pillows. The attention to service and hospitality was truly heartwarming. Breakfast was great, though admittedly slightly underwhelming (at least for me). My family thought breakfast was amazing though. That said, as globalists, our breakfast was also free -- so I am not complaining! They had a detox juice, grapefruit juice, a buffet area with eggs, potatoes, chia yogurt, muesli, and then a separate menu for you to order a la carte items. We went shopping to our hearts content and were able to get our purchases delivered to our hotel room quite easily. When we arrived back to our rooms, our purchases were right there waiting for us - many thanks to concierge for arranging this. All in all, a wonderful stay. I will certainly be back.

The standard of the room they offered me was not in relation to the Hyatt experience. I payed 600 euros to offer me a basic room low ceiling and low lights . I felt very uncomfortable. I asked for another room and they said I would have to pay a difference although the room they offered me was for people with special needs and had no bath tap but they said it had a view so I would have to pay the difference . So I would say that the customer service of the hotel was unacceptable. I travel to Paris 3 times per year at least for work I will not stay again to this hotel for this treatment .

Top Location, Excellent service
Best family suite rooms with treats for both children and adults! The staff was more than willing to assist us with everything. The Bar area was an amazing set up and snacks -drinks were to die for… Will be visiting in the near future again without a doubt!

Fantastic staff and fantastic location! What’s not to love!
First time staying at this fantastic hotel and this will not be my last! Location is very convenient . And to top it off, there is a metro station right outside the door! The staff has been amazing from the initial email exchanges. Everyone here seems to want to go out of his/her way to help the guests! I felt pampered! This will be my favorite Paris Hotel from now on!
