Very nice stay. The bed was very comfortable as well as the. pillows. Pleasant staff, 24 hour food and beverages were available. We arrived early due to our cruise arrival time and they were quickly able to accommodate us with our room, which was a nice surprise. Great area, lots of options to shop, tour nearby. Would definitely stay here and recommend to friends and family.

A wonderful experience to stay in such a beautiful hotel
Amazing hotel, we felt so at home here. Plenty of food available 24x7. We booked a suite so had a lounge room which was very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, a little tired around the edges but I felt for the price it was incredible. The staff are all fabulous and it’s a wonderful location opposite a taxi rank. I will definitely book this again when in Barcelona.

Jewel in the heart of the city
Surprisingly awed but the beautiful setting , exceptional service, customer service and beautiful decoration. Their snack bar auto service 24/7. Priced perfectly considering the location, service and beauty of the historical site. I would highly recommend it!!

Great location!
Excellent location just off the Rambles - can walk to many major attractions. We had the exterior room category, which had a small bay type window with a small table and two chairs, which was lovely (room 122). Nice breakfast included with fabulous coffee machine, in a gorgeous dining/sitting room that makes you feel like royalty.Snacks available all day which was wonderful - great to get a pick-me-up before those late hour Spanish dinners! There was even wine/beer to choose from. Staff was helpful and nice. Be warned you do need to lug luggage up about 10 stairs before putting it in a small elevator.

Excellent in so many ways
Gorgeous hotel, great location, excellent tapas and espresso bar! Our room looked out onto the vibrant street below but with the door closed it was silent. The concierge service helped us book a few sites in the city as well. I will definitely stay here again!
