Do not recommend
We spent 5 days at this hotel and we do not recommend this place to other travellers: 1. As others have mentioned, the room is quite dated and old. The rooms are in severe need of renovation. 2. No fridge and electric kettle is available in the room 3. No side lamps were available in our rooms - the bright lights were very annoying and made it hard to relax 4. Due to flight delays, we spent an additional night here on a lower level room - extremely noisy, even at 4/5AM. 5. The water does not drain well after taking a shower 6. We left our bags during the day: One luggage (locked) and a backpack. After coming back to retrieve our items, my wife noticed that her airpods were missing from her backpack. Our mistake, we should have locked the backpack too.

Horrible experience!
We had high hopes for our stay at Century Reforma, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. After checking in, our son suffered an unexpected medical emergency and was admitted to the ER the very next morning. We had no choice but to immediately return to the airport and fly home to Texas. Despite the urgency and gravity of the situation, the hotel refused to refund the additional nights we had planned to stay. We weren’t asking for special treatment—just basic compassion and flexibility during a family crisis. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with us added stress to an already traumatic experience. To make matters worse, the hotel itself is pretty dated. The rooms feel tired, with worn furnishings and a general lack of upkeep that doesn’t match the photos online. We had expected a comfortable and welcoming environment, but instead found ourselves in a space that felt neglected and impersonal. I hope Century Reforma reconsiders its approach to treating guests in vulnerable situations. Hospitality should be rooted in care—not rigid policies and indifference.

I would return
The hotel is in an excellent location. You are less than a 5 minutes walk to the metro and closer to many bars, restaurants, and clubs. The hotel is very nice and the service was great. My only complaint is about the rooms. They were very small. There was no counter space in the bathroom, there was only 1 place to put a suitcase, (we had to put one on the floor in the way of opening the closet and balcony door) and there was no fridge. However, I would still go back for all of the good things.

A nightmare! Never again this hotel.
The hotel is not worth the money. We have booked a junior suite. The room was dirt with hair on the floor and on the bed. For a junior suite you’d expect air conditioning and at least a small fridge to keep your beverages cool. Neither is available. They don’t even have reading lights on the bedside, you can only use a neon bright over head light. The bed’s mattress has definitely seen better times, it seemed to have Ben used for a long time and it was very uncomfortable. Though having a balcony which is of no use at all since there a no chairs. The street noise was unbearable even with the balcony door closed. We had booked 3 nights, but after one (1), we checked out moving to the IBIS Styles hotel just 2 blocks away. The hotel didn’t even ask why we were checking out early and didn’t even provide any refund. They took the money and seemed to be happy to get rid of us as a customer. There is a lot of better hotel choices in Zona Rosa which offer more value for money. The one not good point to be found about the hotel was the breakfast with the available food options. A recommendation to fellow travelers beware of this hotel and think twice before booking ist. Frank Schneider

Too much renovation work, go somewhere else.
Too much work going on and too many things breaking. Stayed for a week. Arrived to be given a key that didnt work and only one lift working which then took longer to get into my room. Wifi rubbish, not worth switching on as it rarely worked. Massive gaps in entrance doors, this meant there was basically noise all the time, which meant I didn't sleep very well. The eatery attached to the hotel is not very good. If your desparate for food then its there. Had a day where the only passenger lift was broken, as the other one was out of order too and had to queue to use the tiny service elevator. All that said, staff are nice and the rooms are nice, like i said just too much renovation work going on for it to be worth what I paid.
