Do not stay here there are many better options.
I am a Hilton Gold member and have stayed at many Hiltons. But this is the worst of the worst. Elevator buttons broken. Men bathroom door broken. The sofa bed had nail clippings. The stove top cracked. The air conditioner is from 1999. They tried to upgrade the rooms but only changed 1 of the air conditioning units not both. The beds are soft and the pillows are horrible. I will never stay here again. And it was $198 a night. Please reconsider

It matters where you stay
This is the only hotel that we enjoy staying at when we are in Orlando. The staff is so friendly (Zen, Mindy, Eddie Amanda Sadeki) we always enjoying seeing them. Thanks for an awesome stay as usual. Can’t wait to come back!

Cannot Recommend
We visited the hotel during Christmas. Upon walking into the lobby, you immediately notice that the online lobby picture looks like the actual lobby. However, the furniture is old, worn, and torn. The lobby also has a strange layout. My husband was parking the car and reported that there were strange characters outside smoking cigarettes. Once we finally made it to the elevators, it was clear that they needed a good cleaning as well. We checked into the hotel using our digital key so we did not have to stop at the front desk. We made it to the room and opened the door only to be hit with the strong smell of animal feces. I understand the hotel is pet friendly, but the smell was unbearable. We have stayed in pet-friendly hotels before and never experienced such an awful smell. We went back to the lobby and were immediately given new rooms. The young man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Throughout the visit, the hallway had a weird funky odor, kind of like mold, oldness, and cheap rug cleaning powder. The kitchen is not a full kitchen. There is no oven and only two stove burners. The cabinets did have dishes. However, we pulled out a plate only to find that was dirty as well. There is also only seating for two people at a very small table. There is a full-sized refrigerator. While we originally booked a two-bedroom suite, we ended up in two rooms, connecting king-sized and double queen-sized rooms. Overall, the customer service made up for the lack of cleanliness and the odor in the rooms. However, I would not stay here again.

Underwhelming
I have an Amex Hilton card so appreciate using my earned points towards Hilton stays. But, I've noticed some of the brands are getting run down. I typically don't even bother with Hampton Inns anymore. Compared with other Homewood Suites I've stayed in, this one seemed below par. The room was ultra basic, the TV was HUGE but faced the wall perpendicular to the bed and could only be turned part of the way towards the bed or sofa for viewing. The bathroom was outdated - old wobbly faucet, industrial-sized bathroom door that was cumbersome to close. We won't return to this property.

Worse Stay Ever
There is no shower gel. There is no smart TV. There are no utensils. Staff were rude. I will never recommend this. It was horrible to deal with the reception staff at night. I can't believe how rude he was. It was the worst experience of my life.
