Perfect
Comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast and other week events (appetizers and drinks on Wednesdays), friendly staff, awesome pool, large rooms with separate space for sleeping and living, it was perfect for our team to stay at. Easy to Uber from to anywhere. Kitchenette was amazing in room. Accommodating.

A solid choice for a Disney weekend.
We read mixed reviews of this property, but we were extremely pleased with the hotel and our room. Everything was very clean and well kept. The night we checked in they had a managers reception with beer, wine, light foods and snacks. A nice surprise! We went for the May the 4th be with you event at Disney and the park was so packed, we were thankful for our nice quiet oasis when the day was done. It's a great location, a short drive from the parks and multiple restaurant choices within less than a mile of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were also fantastic. The breakfast food in the steam trays was kind of meh, but morning two we stuck with the oatmeal and fresh waffle. We would definitely stay here again. A great find for us, we have Disney passes but live 3 hours away, so we always spend the night when we go.

Upgrades
The hotel is in a excellent location. However the rooms and furniture are outdated. The one bathroom suite was small. And you have to pay 19.00 for parking. The cleaning of the rooms were ok. Didn't eat breakfast left early.

Close to all the action but noisy and service with room for significant improvement
On the positive side: - good location - well sized rooms - Good daily cleaning service (although dishes had to be recleaned every time) - nice pool with outside seating On the negative side: - breakfast service (when things are gone like tea bags or bagels, they are gone for the day, no replenishing, even when asked for) - Parking fee (how else would you get there, it‘s just a hidden price increase) - limited bathroom amenities of varying brands - outside noise (asked upon reservation for a quiet room and got one towards Interstate, had to sleep with earplugs; asked twice for a move, even willing to accept a smaller room; not possible due to arriving conference participants (although arrival after us, leaving before us); - not honoring HHonors Diamond Status - responses to negative feedback are well standardized responses Will not return and can only recommend if you‘re not sensitive to outside noise.

Good location - accommodations, just okay
We stayed at a Homewood Suites, by Hilton (11428 Marbella Palm Court). We had a King Studio Suite with a 2-burner cooktop (only one burner worked), full size refrigerator, and microwave. The rug was really dirty. The socks that we wore were black! The staff, for the most part, were very nice. We just ran into one person running breakfast that was less than friendly. The temperature control on the air conditioner was hard to regulate so we were comfortable, but we eventually figured out a way to keep it in a comfortable range. The pool area was very small, but very nice. We were there in early April and it wasn’t too crowded. Free breakfast was pretty much the same every day. They ran out of cartons of milk and decaf tea after a few days. Sometimes the scrambled eggs were way too watery. I purposely booked a room with a kitchen due to my dietary restrictions. There wasn’t much there that I could eat. A panel fell from the ceiling in the closet when I opened the closet door and someone came to fix it. Also, the safe in the room did not work and even though we asked about it, as far as we know, no one looked at it. It was not working when we left. The bed was just okay – a little mushy. We had a room that faced the road and there was lots of traffic noise which bothered us when trying to sleep at night. If I chose to stay here again, I would try to get an inside room facing the pool area. These would be the odd numbered rooms. This hotel is in an extremely convenient location, but there are lots of hotels nearby. If we ever went again, I would look for a room with a kitchen that was newer and cleaner. There are lots of hotels on, or directly off of Palm Parkway for the convenient location.
