Dec 22, 2025Review for Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista – Orlando (11428 Marbella Palm Court, Orlando, FL)
We booked our stay through Expedia and got a very good price. We stayed here for 7 days, and overall the experience was comfortable. The room was spacious and well‑equipped with a kitchen, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, plates, cutlery, cups, a few vessels, a bed, bath, tables, couch, and a good AC/heater. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM on weekdays and slightly later on weekends, which was convenient. Parking cost us about $23 for one night, and the room rates were reasonable for the area. There are a few areas where the hotel can improve. The room phone was not working during our stay, and although we requested help with the kitchen sink garbage disposal, it was not fixed. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, which can be inconvenient. The kitchen supplies include only dishwasher powder, with no dishwashing liquid if you prefer to wash dishes by hand. Housekeeping is done on alternate days, which is fine, but it would be helpful if this was clearly explained at check‑in. Overall, it is a good place to stay with useful amenities and good value for the price. Improving room maintenance and responsiveness would make the experience even better.

Most complains about the hotel are outdated because it was completly renewed. Room smeals like brand new. Breakfeast excellent as usual at Homewood. Staff very helpful, particulary Ms Andreia and Ms Valeria.
