We had an incredible stay at the Homewood Suites. The room layout was a game-changer; having a separate kitchen and living area made it feel like a real home rather than a cramped hotel room. The highlights for us were definitely the staff and the amenities. The complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning, but what made it special was one of the breakfast staff members. She was so kind and we looked forward to our morning chats with her! My husband also wanted me to mention the all-day coffee it was such a blessing to have that available whenever we needed a boost. The pool area was pristine, well-maintained, and always fully stocked with fresh towels. Plus, the location is perfect close to all the main attractions and surrounded by great food options. We will definitely be back!

Best place for family trips!
Loved everything about our stay, the convenience of having a full kitchen with everything you need! A heated pool, friendly staff, breakfast in the morning and a little store in the lobby! Staff was very kind and anything we needed got tend to quickly, no sour notes from our stay and I look forward to returning for future trips too.

Place To Be!
Homewood Suites Main Gate was the perfect place for us. The front desk clerks, housekeeping, and the cooking crew took perfect care of us. We enjoyed the service and our stay at Homewood. Plenty of eateries, shopping options, and Disneyland were all nearby. Thank you for making our trip to Disneyland very memorable! We’ll be back soon.

While I may stay here again in the future, I can only give them three stars based on their very poor customer service. We had three people in a suite and needed to use the sofa bed, however, there was no blanket included for the sofa bed. I called down to the front desk and they said they would send a blanket up. An hour goes by, still no blanket. I call again and they say they are all being laundered, but they will check for me and send one up as soon as possible. They never did! So for my stay, the sofa bed had no blanket. Even after me calling them twice about it. What a failure. On the plus side, at 3 AM on our floor, there was some people talking out in the hallway quite loudly for a long period of time, I called the front desk to report this and about five minutes later the talking stopped so I think they did come up and do something about it, so that was good. Also, the room we got was recently remodeled, which was nice and it includes a free breakfast in the morning. Their air-conditioning in the room worked very well. When I was here, it was a very weird March heat wave and the room was able to stay nice and cool when it was over 90 degrees outside, unlike Embassy suites where every time I stay there I've had problems with the in room air-conditioning. The location to the Disney parks is good and a straight shot via Uber or Lyft, it cost me $6 to $10

Perfect Stay for Our Disneyland Park Trip
Clean, nicely updated hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was delicious and always well stocked. The pool and hot tub were clean, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Great location with Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grill, Applebee’s, Joe’s Crab Shack, and Outback Steakhouse right across the parking lot. We will definitely stay here again!
