Disappointing
This is the first time we've stayed at a Home2 Suites by Hilton, and I really liked the building and design, but the service/experience were really disappointing. The good parts are that our room was really big and the pool was nice (they do not have a hot tub). The lobby area is also comfortable and inviting. The biggest negative is that when we reserved the room and again at check-in, we requested a quiet area due to our kids (having traveled from Eastern time zone) needing to go to bed early. We were told that there was only one room available and it was next to the elevator on the second floor. We had a crying baby next to us and a family above us with children loudly running back and forth constantly until almost midnight. We only slept for about 4 hours. The next morning, I overheard one staff member tell another that the hotel hadn't been very full the night before, so I have no idea why we were told there were no other rooms available, and it was particularly frustrating after such a miserable night. The hotel also advertises a "full kitchen" in each room, but there is actually just a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Other hotels we stayed in this week that advertised a "kitchenette" included multiple burners as well, so this was disappointing. Their coffee is also noticeably bad (to the point that my husband and I both dumped ours out, which didn't happen at any of the three other hotels we stayed at this week), and when my kids tried to get hot tea, we realized the "hot water" container had actually been filled with coffee. It took about 10 minutes (during breakfast hours) for me to find an employee to tell about it, and then almost 30 minutes for it to be corrected. While I like the building and rooms, hospitality is built on people and service, and this was a bad experience.

Please use neutral TV in the lobby
This is a nice hotel. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The hotel rooms are clean and in working order. The only complaint was FOX TV on in the lobby. Please don’t have a political station on while people want to eat and relax. The location is convenient.

Great value for what you get
A very new hotel near centre of Longmont. Room was huge and had three beds which is key for us. Very well equipped kitchen and a everything worked perfectly, accept the keycard…….Sadly the keycard failed and we were locked out for some while whilst they figured out what the problem was, the service though was great and the staff member did her best. The beds were super comfy and a/c worked really well The breakfast was light but easy, the location is by the main road and a small strip mall, there is a park nearby where I took an early morning run. Overall this had a really good feeling about it. Very good value for the room rate

Induction stove is available
But the only cookware was a 4”flying pan that can begin smoke when heated rapidly and trigger the smoke detector. We borrowed the stove from the hotel but didn’t use it as the hotel didn’t have any other cooking ware for the stove. I would give 5 stars if there were additional pots for the induction stove.

Nice Space, Some Problems
The rooms are nice at Home2 Suites--the layout and little kitchen areas. Drawbacks: right by the train, so it can get noisy. Also, they allow dogs which can be a nuisance. I asked them if we can reserve a room next time on a non-dog floor, but apparently Hilton's rules are that the dogs need to be dispersed throughout the hotel. Makes no sense. Decide accordingly. We had a room on the 4th floor. Water pressure was weak and the room lacked ventilation--no bathroom fan and the room always felt stuffy and still smelled like cleaning chemicals even at the end of our week's stay. Breakfast was 100% sugar and carbs--cereal, bread, muffins, oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, etc. They had microwaveable breakfast sandwiches that might've had egg in them and refrigerated yogurt. No eggs, bacon, sausage or similar proteins.
