First time in Downtown Nashville
This hotel is conveniently located off Broadway at Seventh Ave. It is at the TOP of the hill from the Honky Tonks, so be in good walking shape and everything is close by. The lobby has steps up from the street and down to the coffee shop, so not a good choice for mobility impaired guests. Trendy, boutique atmosphere. Most rooms face interior/other buildings. Quiet, even with proximity to late night rowdiness. Rooms are spacious enough but have some function issues. Separate toilet/sink room and shower/sink/vanity room. Can't sit at vanity--must stand. Shower has rainfall shower head--wish there had been an optional handheld to reach hard to shower places. MUST use rubber mat in shower--floors are SUPER slippery when wet. No place to put your own shampoo/soap if you don't want to use their products (in large pump bottles mounted on wall). Nice to have couch at end of bed to watch TV/use table that is dining/desk height. Bed was comfortable with sufficient plugs/USB on either side. Stayed two nights and never had maid service--no new towels and bed not made after first night. You have to check on-line to see what amenities they can bring to you on request (including ice). They charge for all drinks--even bottled water, which you have to pick up yourself from the lobby. Coffee shop is nice for breakfast. Waitstaff and bellhops/valets helpful and friendly. Would explore other hotel options that are closer to river on either side of Broadway if I stay in Nashville again, or possibly in the Gulch.

Neat Clean Hotel at the heart of Everything
Room is clean, neat and very nice. Staff is very friendly. Location is just a few steps to broadway and everything else. The breakfast especial avocado toast is superb. The hotel ambiance is elegant, chic, and a southern hospitality.

Great service and great food
My wife and I ate hear after a long delayed flight from Seattle. We were tired and hungry and got to the restaurant 15 minutes before closing. Regina was friendly and welcoming and made us feel like we could stay all night if we wanted. The drinks were good and and the food was also. Great place to eat in downtown Nashville.

Great stay
Most comfortable hotel bed I've experienced in a long time. The location a couple of buildings from Broadway meant that downtown attractions were easily accessible and that there was some buffer from vehicle noises on the street. The view of the city from the rooftop bar was spectacular.
