Mar 15, 2026Hotel is outdated but the location is great !
The location is great , staff is extra nice but the rooms are really outdated . The furniture needs to be replaced in the rooms really bad . There were several stains on different pieces of furniture. The restaurant and bar are pretty good . The gift shop had some really good deals and we even enjoyed the water park next door . The beach is only a couple of blocks away .

Feb 19, 2026Stay somewhere else
Visited in February 2026 for 4 nights. The original room I booked was the loft suite marina view. Prior to arrival I was called to advised that the room was overbooked and I was on a waiting list next in line for a cancellation. Upon arrival I was downgraded to a marina suite with 2 queen beds. The first night the heater stopped working and maintenance came the next morning to replace the unit. Then the toilet wouldn't flush so maintenance was called to plunge the toilet. The same day the toilet backed up again and the maintenance rodded the toilet. The water in the shower was not hot so maintenance was called again and he adjusted the diverter and it was warm...not hot. The next day the toilet backed up again and maintenance came again and unclogged it. Housekeeping came daily but did a poor job and I had to call to have them return to clean the kitchen. The garbage wasn't emptied the whole time we stayed. The floors were not mopped and the room was never vacuumed. The wallpaper in the bathroom was torn and the shower curtain rod was not secure to the wall. The hotel elevator broke on the third day so I had to struggle to get my wife up 16 stairs due to her having mobility challenges. I would not suggest staying here. The location is very good and the staff and maintenance are courteous. The hotel needs to remove the resort fees . In February it is generally too cold to use the water park and garage parking and internet should be free particularly if you don't have a vehicle which I did not.

Lots of things to do. Place was very clean. Service was good by the front counter people. Erica was extremely helpful when we had any questions. The sliding door needed some attention. It did not slide easy at all. Wish they had a half bath down stairs so did not have to go up and down steps all of the time.

Relaxing staycation! The staff was awesome and caring: Russ, Erica, Christine, Mia and TC they made our stay and want to come back! The hotel has everything you need, prime location, great bars and restaurants and a water park connected to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and we had a great view of the harbor Marina . Overall it was a great experience!

Great hotel, lovely staff, beautiful location
We stay here every time we visit Indian Rocks beach and the hotel never disappoints. Beautiful location, steps from the beach with the nicest reception staff. This time they upgraded our room and gave us a super late checkout so we could enjoy the full day. Loved it. Thank you IHG.
