Sea breeze
Izea was great!! He made our night very enjoyable. Had great food suggestions, especially the octopus and pistachio desserts! The meal was very good. The atmosphere and the trumpet player was a great way to end the night. Every worker was very friendly and inviting. Would highly recommend this place.

Horrible
Do not even consider staying here. 1st no a/c in check in area. Employees had fans customers got to sweat. Very slow check in from a person that obviously didn’t want to be there. Watched employees argue with customer about room charges, not sure what was going on but they were treated rudely. We are used to one happy family but not here. No one spoke (we’re from the south and greet everybody). Management passed us by with their noses in the air. Pool closes at 7p, towel hut opens at 10a. Rooms a typical hotel room but not clean. Upon checking out needed a taxi and treated like we were an imposition asking. Can see no redeeming factors to come here. This is an embarrassment to the Holiday inn name. As for the positive reviews why are they from people that only have 1 review? Take those out and at best they are a 2/3 star resort. Worst resort in Aruba bar none.

A good stay.
Everyone on the property was pleasant and attentive from check in to grounds maintenance, I stop and talk to everyone. My house keeper Rosa Julia Graciela did an excellent job of taking care of my room and was always upbeat. I had an instance where I was leaving my room and as I closed the door the handle came off in my hand. This happened as Marbel Lugo a housekeeping supervisor was passing by. I pointed out my situation to her and she immediately contacted maintenance personnel. Maintenance arrived in less than 5 minutes and it was an easy fix for him as the set screw in the handle had to be replaced. The property is maintained well with an excellent location. I recommend this location.

Veronica went out of her way to take care of us for the last two lunches at Sea Breeze at the Holiday Inn in Aruba. She is very good at explaining specials and making sure you are taken care of. You will leave smiling when Veronica takes care of you!
