This property feels more like a motel than a hotel. The entire place had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets were visibly worn and in poor condition. Overall, the hotel appears outdated and not well maintained. As a Diamond member, I expected at least a basic level of recognition or service, but I was treated no differently than any other guest. I was assigned room 110, where even the curtain barely functioned properly. The parking area was dark and felt unsafe, and to make matters worse, they still charge for parking — which is unacceptable given the condition of the property. I would not recommend staying here. There are far better options in the area, and this hotel does not meet the standards you would expect from a Holiday Inn.

So bad…
Avoid at all costs. They didn’t have the room we reserved… no problem, offered us a comparable room for the same price. But then several days later started adding additional room charges to my credit card. This turned into a nightmare trying to deal with the black hole of their non-existent customer service. As of now, they still have overcharged me by over $300 in unexplained charges listed as “accommodation.” Already spent several hours on the phone with some incredibly rude folks, who do have my sympathy, must be a terrible place to work. Additionally you have to pay for parking. It was quoted as $12. After 9 days I got a random bill and a credit card charge of $127 dollars and a emailed receipt for “parking charges and service fee.” This was an inexpensive hotel and I wasn’t expecting much but I deeply regret ever having given them my credit card number. I’ve traveled for work for almost 30 years and never had an experience like this. Strongly advise to steer clear of this sketchy place.

Very nice experience!! Clean room and nice amenities!! The front desk person named Atam when we were checking out had some of the most acceptional people skills I have seen in my travels!!He is to be highly commended!!

Good choice
Left car for a long period. It stayed in one piece. Our shuttles were efficient and courteous. The room was good. Nice interior inside hotel. Very pleasant, simple experience.

Pay for parking at the hotel. Not impressed.
