Great hotel. Need better staff
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Check in was not great. I was traveling with my elderly father. The agent was not able to give him a bathroom to use without him having to go down a bunch of stairs. She didn’t tell of any amenities or information about the hotel. I had just signed up for membership and nothing was said regarding That, the message is sent through 1800 to see if they had a handicap room was ignored, Won’t be back. Not a great experience Location is very close to the airport.
