    Not best housing for cruises.

    Room smelled like mold. Only 1 working elevator of 3. Limited amenities. Bar closed at 11 on Friday night. Low toilets!!

    Dirty, uncomfortable and definitely not up to scratch.

    Awful hotel. Only booked for convenience to port but wish I hadn’t. Sheets were not pressed. The bathroom floor was filthy. The bath itself was old and scratched. Carpet sticky. Bed was very uncomfortable- kept rolling into the middle! Facilities included a coffee machine with two coffee pods, one creamer, one sugar and one tea bag. Unsurprisingly they didn’t ask me how my stay was on checkout !

    A two star hotel

    For a total of $234 for one night, these hotel rooms should not look the way they do. The lobby is very nice and that is where "nice" ends. The rooms haven't been updated since maybe the late 90s or early 2000's. The paint job was awful & the carpet didn't even extend to the wall exposing the floor beneath. I was careful to step around it for fear of stepping on staples. The lamp I had my phone plugged into (not via USB but an actual plug) did not charge my phone overnight despite it saying it was charging when I went to sleep. When a room is over $200 a night, I shouldn't feel grossed out or unsafe and those are the vibes I got from this place. The parking was a joke- back behind some barricades we drove around. And they say the parking is $45 a night. This is true, but the extra $12+ in fees/taxes results to $50+ per night to park. I'm not a fan of hidden fees/taxes. Overall I would stay here again if someone else was paying the bill but I won't ever pay to stay here again.

    Nice Hotel

    We had no issues with this hotel. It was clean, location was great and staff were helpful and polite. Pool was closed but that wasn't an issue for us

    They need to clean rooms more

    Location was perfect the room could’ve been more cleaner n the shower as well there and room smelled and garbage left behind from previous guest the valet parking was not helpful at all
