First and last time!!! MATEO AND ALL STAFF WERE RUDE!!!
Is it sure a hotel??? Bad behaves, dirty rooms , bad food !! Is it sure a hotel??? There are any signs for no smoking!! They fine us 150€ without notice!! Never again !! All in reception are rude and they stole us!!! They didn’t know English !!

Not been a good experience of stay :(
1. I booked for Premium Room, which was not provided to me, when checked with front desk staff mentioned that part of the hotel is under renovation, moreover room which was provided as a replacement was not at par to the room which I booked and shown in pictures. Ideally, customer should be compensated in this case. 2. IHG should have transparency to state during booking itself, if property is undergoing major renovation. 3. Few of the common areas, which were there in pics, were also closed due to renovation. 4. No kitchen services during night, while it is very important to have that as most of the tourists who stays usually comes back tired in night along with kids and then if hotel is completely dependent on food from outside, it is definitely a problem. Therefore, based on above I would not rate this stay upto IHG standards and it definitely needs big improvement. Sorry to say, but not been a good experience of stay :(

Awful experience staying in Holiday Inn
Unfortunately not an IHG hotel experience staying in this property. Being an IHG members since years this was the most awful experience. The hotel is under renovation which was not informed prior to the booking, I only got to know when I checked into the hotel. 1- The room which I booked was a premium room as shown in the website, but to my surprise when the room which was given was not a premium room. After raising this concern with front desk I was informed that the hotel is under renovation , the room shown in the picture is not available. 2- Expecting an Omelets in breakfast is not a big thing, but I was informed that I can only have something from Buffet. This was on 16th April Sunday and I was not late for the breakfast, well in time. 3- After a long day being with kids we decided to have dinner at the hotel. To my surprise I was told that in the restaurant they only have some snacks available. I again went to front desk and they suggested ordering food from outside. If you are not fully functional then you shouldn't be taking bookings during the renovation period. You have no right to spoil someone's vacation plan that too when you are accompanying with kids.

Excellent Property
This property is within walking distance of the subway system. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good. The staff was super nice and accommodating. If I'm ever back in this area I would stay here again.

Great service, friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast with all I wanted, like a pancake station. Clean. Great location. I got a lot of help getting back my forgotten scarf. Complimentary upgrade out of politeness when checking in. Recognized as frequent IHG guest.
