    Convenient and great customer service!

    Just stayed here with my husband and baby. Great location near all the Disney parks and excellent value. Couldnt beat the convenience with great breakfast on the 1st floor. Very tasting options, omlette station, and best of all the service! Both Jaime and Jhon were very helpful and pleasant — amazing customer service! Would return for next family trip.

    Awesome Experience as always

    Our trip started with leaving from another location dealing with a bad experience. Angela the front Manager made sure her team took good care of us soon as we booked our room. As Diamond Elite members we were looked out for by Mariam and Alexandra ensuring our room was upgraded and they had the crew make sure it was clean and ready to let us check in a little early. While we waited the amazing bartender Maria had refreshments for my wife and snacks for our kids to enjoy the pool till our room was ready. Everyone made us feel welcomed home from the time we pulled up to be greeted by Blake at the valet, making this trip a great experience. So great with Jaime the food and beverage supervisor at breakfast, Catallina in house keeping refreshing our room towels to Katherine and Jonathan the evening managers making sure all was good. Such a great experiences we extended our stay for 2 more nights.
