Budget Friendly :)
The Holiday Inn is a great budget friendly hotel 10 minutes walking distance to Disney Springs and a close drive or bus journey to all the Disney Parks! The Holiday Inn offer an excellent bus service to all the parks (excluding Typhoon Lagoon at this time of year) The rooms are very basic but well equipped and clean , the pool is open late , great if you want to fit in a swim or splash around after dinner or a day at Disney! Blake at the front door was extremely helpful on arrival and departure . The bar attendance Uyen and Scott were very friendly and offered a great service throughout our stay:)

Great Disney access + early entry, but housekeeping and breakfast experience need work
We stayed here as a family of five in the Disney Springs area, and I’m a IHG Diamond member. The biggest positive—and the reason I chose this hotel—was the Disney Early Entry benefit. It genuinely made a difference for our park days and added real value to the stay. The location is also very convenient for Disney Springs and getting to the parks. That said, several service issues took away from the experience. The main problem was housekeeping. The in-room notice stated that the hotel would maintain room quality daily by removing trash and replacing towels, but this didn’t happen. After the first day with no service, I informed reception and towels were replaced when I asked—however, the next day again there was no service. At one point, someone came around 9:00 PM (when our family was already sleeping) to ask about room service, which was disruptive and not appropriate timing. Breakfast was another weak spot. The staff repeatedly pushed for gratuity, which made the experience uncomfortable. I understand tipping culture in the U.S., but it felt excessive—especially compared to another Holiday inn property in Orlando where we stayed afterward, where breakfast service didn’t feel like a constant upsell for tips. Overall, I’d return for the Disney access and Early Entry value, but the hotel needs to improve basic housekeeping reliability, avoid late-night interruptions, and make the breakfast experience feel more guest-friendly.

Club Vacations - dissatisfied
Very dissatisfied – not recommended. We booked accommodation for one night through Booking.com. When we decided to extend our stay for an additional night, we were told that it was not possible to do so at the reception and that we had to make a new reservation again through Booking.com. The next day, after returning from an excursion, our room key cards did not work, so we had to wait at the reception once again for the issue to be resolved. At the reception, we were approached by an employee promoting the hotel chain. He persuaded us to pay 75 USD for a tour, which is why we extended our stay and had to check in early in the morning and drive with our own car to the tour location. The agreement was that after completing the tour, we would receive 150 USD in cash and 8 free nights at any Holiday Inn hotel worldwide. The employee was aware that we did not have our passports with us, only personal ID cards, and assured us that this would not be a problem. However, upon arrival at the tour, the staff were nervous and unhelpful and did not allow us to participate without passports. Additionally, we had to wait another hour to receive a refund of the initial 75 USD and then take an additional bus to their offices to collect the money. Of course, we received none of the promised benefits since the tour did not take place, even though the reason was not our fault. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and poorly organized. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.

This is the Hotel to Host your meeting in Orlando!
This hotel is GREAT, check-in was easy and accurate with our group of 31. Kirk Whalen and Mary Myers made sure everything we needed for our meeting space was taken care of, and our meeting space was perfect, every need was met. Heime, Paty, Cecilia and the entire banquet staff were nice, very polite and extremely efficient. The food was excellent, probably some of the best I've had at meetings we've hosted. I got many compliments from our attendees on how good it was. You can tell customer service is a high priority at this hotel. We will definitely host another meeting here.

Great hotel with awesome staff.
We had an excellent stay, as always. Everyone took great care of us, especially the 2 evening bartenders, Uyen & Scott. Great time. Also, RJ at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly and eager to help. Housekeeping staff were all nice as well, and did a great job. We look forward to coming back.
