    Only ONE (1) room called a “Suite”

    Hotel charged credit card MORE than the confirmed fixed -2- night rate, Tuesday & Wednesday. Billed our credit card for TWO different nightly room rates, contrary to our authorized reservation. Only 1 room and Definitely NOt a “suite.”

    Family getaway weekend -

    When I checked in on Saturday 3/14 at around 2:30, the gentleman at the front desk gave me a great first impression and provided amazing customer service. Very amiable. I would give him a perfect score. The room is lovely. large enough for a two-queen suite. There are a lot of options for breakfast, which is fantastic.When checking out, Jenny and Alexia are the most helpful.

    Welcoming atmosphere

    Everything about this hotel is comfortable. Welcoming faces when you walk in the door. Comfortable sitting spaces in the lobby. Enjoyable jacuzzi. And all the room amenities I would expect from a Holiday inn Express. We chose to come back to this hotel on our way through town.

    Nice for a business traveler.

    staff was very nice. hotel seemed new. everything was clean and well maintained. free breakfast is always appreciated.
